Nowadays things arent so cheap, what with the recession. Id been having trouble with the same bike, (the back tire would go flat for no reason), and id been to see a few bike repair shops, and they just kept replacing tires. (Which kept going flat) Finally went down to schwinn, and checked with a guy there, told him my tire kept going flat, there must be something wrong with the tire itself, and he says, nah, let me see that. He looked it over, ran his hands over it, and checked the inside liner. Lo and behold, it was old and pitted, apparently it was causing friction on the inside of my inner tubes. He replaced it, replaced the inner tube, handed it back to me, and charged me $3.00. Best goddamn repair experience ive ever had.

Went in Friday just before closing because my derailleur was broken and needed to be replaced. I went all the way to Haverhill from Peabody because I bought a bike there as a kid and remembered that they seemed to be pretty good. My bike was ready to pick up by Sunday! They did a damn good job. They also went above and beyond what I paid for by tightening my brakes and inflating the tires. Also, the actual price I paid was UNDER what he quoted originally. They sell and fix all types of bikes as far as I know. I will go back if I ever need to for future repairs!

I never write reviews. Bought a new bike 3 weeks ago and after 2 weeks the brake cable broke or detached. I brought it in this morning and they repaired it while I waited and they did not charge me. They could have said it was a ware and tare part and charged me. Excellent service.
