DO NOT GO HERE. This place has the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. Ive been in three times, the first two times I assumed they were just having a bad day. This last time, I showed up because Id broken a spoke about 1/4 mile back up the road. The guy there told me I needed a new wheel. I asked if he could just replace the spoke to get me home, since I had another bike being fixed up that would be ready the next day. Instead of answering my question, he asked what shop my other bike was in and began vividly insulting the other shop for several minutes. I again asked if he could just replace the spoke to get me home. He went inside and brought out an entirely new bike and tried to sell it to me as a replacement for the one I had with me there. When I said no, he insulted the other bike shop AGAIN and then went to help another customer. Since the other customer just needed a little lube, I had assumed that the guy would come back to help me when he was done. After waiting several minutes after the other customer had ridden off, I went back inside and found the guy sitting at the desk doing absolutely nothing and eating an ice cream bar. He told me that I would need to leave my bike overnight if I wanted a new spoke, that I should really replace the wheel anyway, and then tried to tell me that "I wasnt being mean when I was saying that about [the other shop]." I left and rode home on a broken spoke (yes, I know this is TERRIBLE for the wheel) rather than leave my bike there.

If you are looking for a local, small and most important family store this is the place to go. If you look at my previous reviews you will see that I live in Arlington and I had a bad experience in another bike shop down the street from this place. Thats why I want to share my great experience at "The Bike Shop" I went in with my 1.5 year old daughter after getting a flat tire on the bike path. Everyone inside the store were extremely nice, they allowed my daughter to play with almost every bike, which was super nice. I dont know their names but at the front desk the girl was really nice and so were the other 2 guys that were inside the shop. They took care of my bike but most important were polite and I can tell that that they are hard working people and very nice as well. This will be my bike stop from now on!! Thanks,

From the phone service to the store front, this shop is great. If you by chance meet Gale, treat her well; she is awesome. Macon helped answer all my questions and spend at least a half hour walking me through purchasing my first "real" bike. The location is someone off of the beaten path (by car), but the back door of the store is 3 feet from a bike trail. They carry a lot of good gear and good bikes, especially commuter type bicycles. This is based off of my first time experience.

We bought my daugher a bike here and employees were very helpful without any pressure to buy. We get a tuneup free in 90 days and adjustments for the life of the bike, as well as 20% off accessories for 2 months. Its nice to have the Minuteman Trail right outside to try out the bikes.

love this place. gave me a great deal on my new bike, hooked it up with everything i needed and took the time to answer my 100s of questions. i wouldnt want to go anywhere else for a new bike. great staff, great owner and great location - 3 starts all around.

This is a great shop, they are friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of bikes and really know their inventory. One of the employees went out of his way to find something for me in the back and they had just what I needed.
