I had some major overseas billing issues after returning from a trip to the UK. When I had purchased my samsung phone with international dialing capabilities, i was told that in order to reduce billing costs it was best to shut off the wifi capabilities which the sales person did at the store. When i returned after a 5 day business trip to the UK, i had charges of over $1,200.00! I went to the store to inquire as to why the charges were so high and was told that I had turned on the wireless by accident! I never touched it after the sales rep shut it off! Trying to get it resolved was a nightmare and I got no satisfaction from this store. From the store manager to the sales rep, they denied having told me anything about it. I have been a customer at this store since they opened from the old location in Norwell but can assure them that I will never do business at this location again. Having been a Verizon customer for 22 years I was more than surprised with the horrible service from the store.

I purchased a new phone a couple days ago, and the package is missing equipment. I tried to call the number listed in Google but I was rerouted to a national call center where I was unable to be assisted. Now, I have to get in my car and drive 10 miles to that specific location that sold me an open box phone as a new one to resolve the matter. I dont even know the name of the sales rep that sold me the phone, I didnt receive a business card, courtesy call/email, nothing. Now my Verizon experience will be left to chance, again. Oh an Ive been a customer since 1999. If they didnt have near monopoly on the call quality market, I would have jumped ship years ago.

I am extremely medically sick. I went to the Hanover Ma Verizon store to seek assistance with the transfer of cellular content for the second time. The employee at the front door told me that there was no way that they could transfer anything on the phone except contacts. This turned out to be completely untrue. He sent us to CVS to transfer pictures. I am very disgusted with the lack of help and honesty that this employee portrayed. Purchased an iPhone 5s and had to wait a couple weeks for it on back-order. When it finally arrived, they ordered the wrong color and ordered the wrong case for it as well. Had to spend a while on the customer service line for Verizon Wireless to get this corrected and I have to wait for the new one to ship out and return the old one to FedEx. Would have made a world of difference if the salespeople at this store were not rushing to make a sale and move onto the next person.

As a new customer to Verizon, I was very impressed with the sales service at this location. Their knowledge of the phones was INCREDIBLE, all my questions were answered honestly. It was clear the sales associates were very knowledgeable about their phones and plans. I was matched with a plan perfect for me, and a great phone! They were able to help setup my phone, and my online account. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to this store!

I wish I could only give this place negative stars. The customer service is horrendous and they RIP YOU OFF. I got a Blackberry there, with insurance. Well i had my phone stolen yesterday, and went to the Verizon Wireless Hanover,Ma location to file a claim. They have NO record of my insurance and they told me I DIDNT EVEN BUY IT THERE. Went to activate my fathers phone and it wasnt activated to the correct number!!! Asked them to transfer his few contacts and pics over and they were confused and did it twice and now he has double of everything.. Not good.. Now have to go back again tomorrow.....

Staff is a huge help for both uninformed and the saavy customers alike. I took my father in law to look at phones. He had no idea what phone did what but he made a list and they had every answer he asked and treated him amazing. Thank you guys for that smooth

sorry but the people here are constantly miserable and its quite obvious most employees dont really give a damn about the customer. I always have to double check by calling Verizon myself that the changes I have made in store have actually been made

Horrible. Been with Verizon since 2001 and if they didnt have the towers they have everywhere, I would have dumped them years ago. They have they have the most unknowlegable people I have ever seen running a high tech store.
