Went in friday around 3:15 on April 28 with the intention of buying a new phone. A woman working there called out to me from across the store to see if I needed help. I walked over to her ( rather than her coming to me, but ok!) And asked to see the Iphones. She pointed over to where they were and went back to using her phone. All they has were 7s and I wanted to see a 6. I asked her if they had any 6s, she looked up from her phone said simply "not on display" and immediately put her head back down to her phone. All set, you lost a sale! I should have known better than to go anywhere else other than the Dartmouth location. I would never go to this store again.

This store was incredible to deal with. Had a few issues with my phone, and I was recommended to see Rose. She helped me with recovering all of my iPhone passwords and set me up with a brand new phone and made sure to cover all of my cell phone needs. I will absolutely send all of my friends and family there for all future needs for cell phones. A+. Staff was incredibly friendly and very helping.

The Staff was super friendly, My Iphone got wet and I didnt know any of my Passwords, They got me into a new iphone and helped me figure out all of my passwords. This is far and away the best Verizon store I have ever shopped in. everyone was great and I will be sending all my family there to shop.

This is the worst store. The wait there was over an hour just to pick a replacement phone. I now need a receipt for the expense, I have called twice, emailed them, and I cannot get a receipt. RIDICULOUS. I will never shop there again. Very unfriendly staff.
