My iPhone6s was not working properly so I tried my best to restore it on my own through iTunes as instructed by the phone.That didnt seem to do the trick so I went into Verizon to get some help and learn what my options might be. Not only was the retail salesperson, Jonathan, not helpful at all, but he was extremely rude and even belittled my girlfriend who tried to step in and help. I told him his customer relations skills need a major improvement. Ironically, even the manager walked over, but said nothing as we walked out. Minutes after, my girlfriend is shaking and starts crying as a result from Jonathans demeaning behavior. Ill never be going there again and hope others decide its not worth their time.

Unfortunately, I felt this store was extremely inefficient. When I arrived, there were only two people ahead of me - one of which ended up leaving because he felt he had waited too long - regardless of this, I still waited over an hour to have a 2 minute (not an exaggeration) conversation with the sales rep. I did not catch his name, but he seemed very disinterested in his job and the people he was working with. I felt as though he did not want to help me and honestly it made me want to take my business and my money elsewhere. I would absolutely not recommend going to this shop unless you have a heroic dose of patience and do not mind being treated like a nobody.

Would be more beneficial that has a number that connects you to the actual store. Went three days in a row for a problem they assured me was fixed, and now have to go to the apple store. Talked to a woman named Samantha Parkeshian, who would not give me her name after giving me attitude when i was frustrated that my phone was not getting calls for 4 days in a row that pertained to my professional career. Losing faith in Verizon after this process. Obviously they have no idea what they are doing. My one star represents 0 stars.

They are a nice store but Verizon theyre closing all of their stores every where even all over the country,this isnt good for all who have Verizon. They should of let people know what was going on after all its not going to be good even for me with a 2 year contract even if I do honor this contract where in hecks,name do you pay? I want out of mine so because if there becomes problems then its worth nothing Id rather switch to t mobile or sprint at least there could be a carrier for all!

it was very frustrating to call the store during posted business hours and to be connected to what sounded like a national automated system. I was hoping to speak to a local vendor but was on hold for ten minutes before I was finally connected to someone in Georgia.
