last month I arrived at 10:30, half hour after opening. doors locked. waited 15 minutes, went and got coffee. came back and waited 15 more minutes. finally woman opens door and states she was in the bathroom for two minutes. tsking, shaking her head and saying im wrong takes my cash. i asked for a receipt, " machines broke " i was told. I told her to give me my money back. surprise surprise, another minute on the computer I got a receipt and a text thanking me for my payment. Today at least she. opened by 10:20. if i had employees like this Id be out of business

Ive had it with these slackers. It doesnt seem like they even want to stay in business. Do yourself a favor and just go to the location at Kingston Collection. At least THEY answer their phone.
