Man behind counter, named Luis Rodriguez, is presumed to be the manager, is very rude, violent and hostile. Refused to serve me and then became violent and hostile towards me because I corrected him for calling me sir although I am obviously and clearly female. Bigot scumbag should not get any business whatsoever. If youre LGBT, avoid this location and do business with the 34 Cabot St location instead, which is LGBT friendly, unlike this scumbag who claims , in his own words, that he "does not need business" Instead of apologizing for being wrong, and for being rude, he became violent and threatening, and refused to connect a new phone to our plan.

Best staff around the area. I was there to get a charger, ended up leaving with a new phones! Dont listen to that ONE person spreading bad rumors about this place .... The staff is very polite and respectful and extremely helpful.
