Needed a car charger so I stopped by... These guys looked at my account, saw I could upgrade, took my phone in trade, and I walked out of there with an AWESOME new phone and a car charger for less than I would have paid for just the charger! Now I have a new phone, a car charger, and two house chargers (because my old charger fits the new phone... how COOL is that?) Go see these guys when you need help!

Useless middle aged man who wanted nothing to do with helping a customer. 3 month old phone wont charge, he plugged it in and said "ya it wont charge" take it to a service center and pay to have it repaired. It was still under warranty. Dont go there.

They successfully thwarted me from buying my wife a new iPhone for xmas. Id have to be on her account in order to buy it, and nobody at AT&T has ever thought of a way to let people buy presents for someone who isnt on the same account?
