I have moved into the country recently and dont have that much of a credit history, when I stepped into At&t to get a mobile plan, I was met with rude and dismissive staff member, instead of trying to sell me the service and offer me solutions suitable for my situation, he would turn his back often and act busy as to signal that I should just go, after giving short and discouraging answers, this attitude was after he found out Im not from the country, Im not sure if it was racism or general rudeness and laziness (after asking several questions I found out that they have a prepaid plan that I could get even without having that credit history, and I already had a plan from another US provider and was considering a switch to At&t, when I got my plan from my current provider on the west cost they were very eager to sell it, not rude and dismissive!)

Very poor customer service culture encouraged by branch manager. Rude, unwilling to help and sarcastic. ATT customer for about 10 years. I had a request to adjust a gift card in one of my recent purchases. Simple ask but would take about 10 mins. Instead of helping me out, i was threatened with all type of restock fees logic even when I was not returning anything. Went to another ATT store and got it done without any hassle.

Worst experience Ive had with ATT. I called ahead to find out the hours for this location and they decided on a whim to close 1 1/2 hours early. Locked the door on us as we were walking in. The store had other customers (also impacted), plenty of staff, no extraordinary circumstances, no New England weather to justify it. They "just decided to". Childish and unprofessional.

First off AT&T is the best. Second friendly no pressure sales. Got a new LG g6 which I really really like a lot. Best oh out there and best coverage with AT&T
