If you need any thing, seek Andrew out. Hes awesome!! I dropped my phone and needed to replace it, went on sprints Web site and got frustrated so I went into Radio Shack after work. Which of course was after sprints side closed. However Andrew(whos now on the Radio Shack side) took time to help me out. Even went onto sprints Web site and fixed my issue. Andrew is a great example of a dedicated employee who knows what the meaning of customer service is!!!!
