been going in there for 2 months FAITHFULLY, i buy games twice a week, always rude staff . today was extra special. i inquired about level up card the one clerk asked other if he FELT like doing one he bluntly said NO! So ignorant and unprofessional. ill spend my hard earned money elsewhere! if i wanted attitude like that ill sit at the DMV for 2 hours. this place doesnt even deserve a star. how about a nice brown smear

You can find better deals on games literally anywhere else. Retro games are overpriced to the point of it being sickening, and the way they explain their prices just goes to show you how uneducated they actually are on pricing. You can find better deals on eBay. They treat you as if you are a moron when you inquire about trade values. Insulting and pathetic are the best words to derive this dump.

The neighborhood has gone downhill but this newer store rocks. Huge selection of cheap DVDs. Good choice of retro stuff, could be bigger. Nice selection of new and used current gen games. The prices are decent. They offer xbox repairs which Im unfortunately in need of. Ill let you know how that turns out.

Amazon is much more efficient for gaming purchases. Game Alley never gets it right. Preorders never arrive on time, they dont keep up with stock, and the prices are outrageous for games. Trade in values suck.
