We bought our first Nissan Altima here from frenchie about a year ago and we were satisfied. The car got totaled so we went back to them to purchase another Nissan since we love Nissans so much, well they couldnt offer us anything we were looking for and were trying to make us leave with a car that day due to the sale they had going on called "everybody rides"... So they sold us a Chevrolet Cruze LTZ, and we absolutely hate it. I went back less than a week and spoke to someone about the car still running after turning it of with the automatic start and stop... They said keep an eye on it and Record it the next time it happens.. Well a couple days go by and Im just not happy with the car it has none of the safety features I was looking for theres a big crack in the bumper I wasnt informed about and it doesnt run like my Nissan Altima did in comparison it runs awful... I tried to go in to make an even exchange for another used vehicle same price as the Chevrolet was and all they can do for me is sell me a brand new car with much much higher payments which my husband and I didnt want. We wanted something for the same payments and they were not helpful at all with rectifying the situation what so ever. Well on Monday August 29, 2016 a Lacey from there branch calls to see how I am doing since I left unhappily my last visit. Well its now Wednesday August 31, 2016 and I have called twice and left two messages and heard nothing back. I will not be going back there ever again since they couldnt even be accomadating to a costumer who had just bought a car from them in less than two weeks. And bought one from them a year ago. Youd think youd want your costumers to leave satisfied.

Terrible dealership. I had nothing but problems with this dealership. First thing was that my salesman forgot to give me my second key as I pulled off the lot. He tried to send it to me in a regular envelope. The key got lost in the mail. My salesman asked me how I wanted to split expenses. Took days to finally get my spare key without having to pay for someone elses mistake. Second thing is the rude people that work there. The GM never spoke a word to me and acted as though I wasnt even there. He never thanked me for my business or anything. Later down the line, trying to get my registration straight was a problem too. The person dealing with it was incredibly rude and it was clear she was annoyed by me wanting my registration. They finally gave me my registration on the day my temp tag was due to expire. Trying to get it even that day was a pain. Nobody would respond to my calls or emails. I was completely forgotten about. And most importantly, they couldnt even pretend to care about their customers. The amount of problems Ive had with this unprofessional dealership is unreal. I love my car and all, but I will never be returning to this dealership again. Its not worth the aggravation at all.

I PURCHASED A 2016 ALTIMA IN SEPTEMBER OF 16...THE WEEK AFTER MY WINDOW HAS A MALFUNCTION THAT WOULD OPEN MY DOOR WHILE IM DRIVING? THIS PAST WEEK THE DOOR LOCKS AND WONT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE? WARRANTY... BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM TO BREAK THE DOOR TO GET IN AND FIX IT?! YES I WENT OFF IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SO EVERYONE THERE WOULD KNOW THE SERVICE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING. THE CAR DOESNT DRIVE SMOOTHLY. FOR THE PRICE IM PAYING I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. IF I WANTED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE. I AM A SINGLE WOMAN...SO I PURCHASED "BRAND NEW" SO I WOULD BE COVERED. I FEEL NO TRUST BETWEEN MYSELF AND THAT DEALERSHIP. I DONT KNOW WHY I PURCHASED THERE WHEN THEY ACTED AS IF I WASNT SERIOUS FROM THE DAY I WALKED IN....THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL WHEN THEY FIRST FIXED MY WINDOW...THE RENTAL WAS DIRTY. NOT VACUUMED, THE OUTSIDE WASNT CLEAN. IF I KEEP MY CAR CLEAN, WHY WOULD I WANT TO RIDE AROUND LIKE THAT. IM NOT HAPPY AT ALLLLLLLLLLL!!!! NEVER AGAIN! NEVERRR

Ive had my Nissan Titan in to repair a heater issue several times. Each time I take it in, I get a different diagnosis of the problem. Each time, Im assured that the problem can be repaired, albeit at an exorbitant price. With each diagnosis, the repair bill gets more and more expensive. One would think that an honest, professional service department would get repairs done right the first time. Unfortunately, this Pohanka seems to string along customers and find ways to take another bite at the apple.

My wife got a car in September... May 8th she went to start it and it would not! We called and described the problem... they not only fixed the issue but as well as minor things we hadnt even talked about! They went above and beyond in making sure we knew they stood by their product! I couldnt have asked for anything more! We definitely would suggest them and will be purchasing our next car though them as well! Amazing service!

Be very careful and shop around before purchasing a vehicle from Pohanka Nissan. Theyre prices are well above other dealerships and you will find this out when you shop around. They use known incentives to overprice the car while keeping you in the monthly range youd like. Thats why the first question they ask is " what do you want your monthly to be" they rip you off on trades and they dont seem to care about the customer.

Im not a "take it to the dealership" kind of guy, but the service department is top notch. Brad, one of the service managers, is polite, fair, knowledgeable, and willing to work with customers on price, prioritizing service necessities, etc. Ive taken my 2002 Pathfinder there for two years for "annual checkups" and I am very satisfied. Highly recommend!

My experience at Pohanka was an enjoyable and pleasant experience. I walked into Pohanka not looking for a car but Miles was able to get me into a brand new Altima paying the same I was paying with my old one. Miles was an excellent salesperson and knew his business. If you are looking to buy a new or used car, then see Miles and tell him Bobbie sent you.

I found the questions I had were answered quickly and with the proper information. I was promptly sent an e-brochure about the altima and that helped me quite a bit. I am a face to face kinda guy but it was great dealing with Pohanka Nissans internet department.

Love my Pathfinder! The Sales Manager is great to work with, Earl and his team really care about customer satisfaction. The facility is clean and the people again are excellent. Glad I chose Pohanka Nissan. Love thier Pay it Forward Program too!

Very quick service. Took my car to another dealership who did absolutely nothing to fix my issue. When I brought it to pohanka, they found multiple issues that were covered under my warranty (that expired less than 100 miles later).
