THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER.ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER.James Turner shame on you acting like you understand exactly why we needed a vehicle.Taking advantage of a young family like that.I didnt have a car for almost 4 weeks that am still paying on got it back this Friday did not drive it until this Monday and the car stop with me again with a small child.I had to wait 45mn for a tow truck to come didnt get home until a few minutes ago.All I want is a new vehicle and they are just giving me the run around.This is a nightmare....the list goes on and on I Agree! This place sells lemons and then avoids their responsibilities when its time to correct their errors. Your car spends more time in the shop than it does with you and between payments and car repairs it is impossible to afford them. They take advantage of innocent people. They should be shut down!

Im gonna be really quick cut to the chase on this one...if you got any sense it all dont you ever buy anything from this guys a mean for real DONT YOU EVEN TRY Im telling you guys right I got a car with them cash no payments 20,500$ and they knew it was a lemon from the beginning I took the car literally 4 times in 10months to get it fix and each time was not less than 500$$ now I know you question your self right now why didnt I took back simple fact that they only gave me 30 days warranty and I keep saying to my self that the car was pretty and nothing was wrong with it but it was a problem after another got me to a point I couldnt afford anymore.i got so many bad stuff to write down over here about them but Im gonna let you make your decision on this one.

I went into hopkins automotive at 6:30 at night, distraught because of my current situation leaving me with a 5 day window to get another vehicle. Kyle saw my desperation and instead of roping me into a car that i could not afford or flashing me all over the parking lot, he immediately listened to what i wanted and cut right to the point. ran my information and was able to get me into a vehicle that i am extremely satisfied with. He went above and beyond working directly with his bosses to attempt (and succeed) at getting me what i wanted, with the price i wanted, at an acceptable interest rate. I currently couldnt be more satisfied with his service. P.s. hes not a suit, he will relate to you.

Melody, Kyle, Shaneeka aka Becky... This became one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I have had. Though we were young they treated us no differently. At 18 I purchased a vehicle from a dealer not worth mentioning but the atmosphere was not the same. We were treated as family from the very beginning. This process was made easier we conversed about family life, children, marriage etc. We chose a 2012 Dodge Journey and before leaving they took extra time to assure the car was in the best condition. From my wife and I we really appreciate you guys and will recommend you to anyone we come across. To Melody: Ill be waiting on my Birthday present next month

Run Run Run! They make promises and dont keep them.They had my car for 3 weeks got it back and the day I drove it it broke down.Paid almost $400 to buy parts for the car to get fixed so it could pass inspections in MD.Took advantage of me and my family because were not from here but this isnt the last time youll hear me talk about this place.Crooks! James Tyler William Toadvine those names are engraved in my memories as the worst experience that ive ever had to encounter in my life.Am still in that nightmare ! Dont say I didnt warn you

This place is a joke! I made an apointment to meet with Jason to look at a Jeep today. Drove all the way down from Baltimore and Jason a so called manager said it was sold last night. He is a real jerk!!! Told me there was nothing he could do for me walked away saying have a nice day. Tom and Tomming Hopkins need to fire him and get staff they can count on to run the business correctly and reaspectfully. The only person of any help was Tony new emplyee cared more about the dealership than manager Jason.

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE ! My mom bought a buggy from them paid cash and a week later the check engin light comes on . Come to find out its a problem with the motor they told her it wasnt under there warranty. She paid for the warranty for two yrs when she purchased the car for anything under the hood . These ppl are cons do not buy anything from them . Also I had a friend purchase a car from them and it wouldnt even pass inspection DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM !

My experience at Hopkins Automotive was definitely a wonderful experience.My salesman Kyle Lacy was such a sweetheart.He was nice,polite,funny and very professional at the same time.He promised me that he would take care of me and he definitely fulfilled that promise. I personally have not bought a car from the staff here at Hopkins, but met a staff member outside of your establishment,he notoced a hopkins sicker on my car, asked if i was satisfied with car, gave me some of the particulars of the car,said if ever had problems feel free to bring it to them they would def look at it. Mr.Kyle Lacy was his name, def will look you up near future for my new truck.thank you sir.

Horrible service, had to wait for days to get my car and after coming to the salisbury location to get my car was told oh no, you need to go to seafood top get that car and then well inspect it days later. After the inspection engine light came on and blinkers and lights went out. Didnt ask if we wanted extra Warranty, just added it on their own. Could keep going but way way too much :(

Our family needed a car and only had 2-3 days to locate and purchase. Within just a few hours Kyle and the staff at Hopkins had found us exactly what we needed and had us riding home. They even stayed after hours to complete the deal and made sure I was satified.
