Truly excellent company with great customer service! I took a chance on them after seeing an ad on Facebook, and wasnt disappointed! I chose a time of 9-12am and the bouquet arrived about ten oclock! Im used to window times being expanded or wrong with other companies so I was quite happy with the quick & efficient service! So long as the flowers last I will be thrilled! Thanks Urban Stems! You surpassed my expectations! I look forward to ordering from you again :)

I could not recommend them more. I have only put 3 reviews in my lifetime on the internet, but after such wonderful service from them, I am compelled to. They went completely out of the way to create a special flower arrangement for a very special occasion, none of this "we cant do that",but Ill do my best to see what we can do and the best they did. Unique, one of a kind and beautiful.

I used the Floral Expressions website to order a "Rainbow Basket" floral arrangement for a funeral of a very close friend....was very disappointed in the arrangement we received. Will never order from Floral Expressions again and will avoid using the internet to order flowers. Next time, I will call the florist.
