I placed an order through FTD that was sent to this shop for a sympathy arrangement for the death of a child. I paid a lot of money for the upgraded size with over a dozen lavender roses and many other blooms in a beautiful vase. I paid to have a sympathy card included. This shop sent a cheap arrangement with 5 red roses and no sympathy card, just their little advertisement card with my message buried under their logo. I would not send this awful arrangement to an 8 yr old on Valentines Day, let alone in sympathy of a death. When I contacted the shop. i got no apologies, no personal ownership of the error, and nothing done to correct this. The owner simply blamed FTD who gave them full authority to substitute everything in my selection and no one contacted me to see if I would be ok with this substitution. Of course, this doesnt explain why the large arrangement that I paid for was substituted with something significantly smaller with cheap filler flowers in a tacky vase. I strongly do not recommend this shop.

I have received 2 bouquets from this florist in the last 6 weeks from 2 separate individuals and both were very disappointed by the size and abundance of flowers compared to how much they paid for the flowers.

Such a great little shop! Went in today and had a beautiful bouquet put together for me in less than 15 minutes. BIG bouquet, wonderful mix of flowers for a great price. Stop by for great flowers!

In a long distance relationship. Just got flowers for my gf for our anniversary. The flowers look beautiful! Pretty fast turn around too (next day) at least for this time of year.
