Rutland Beard Florists and Alison Webb Rock!! They went above and beyond. My mom and I first met with Alison to discuss our ideas, she took all our ideas and made recommendations!! Alison is the most lively, bubbly, personable person EVER. She took our vision and brought it to life. My favorite color is Orange, but I wanted to be sure to do Orange Tastefully. Alison recommended and suggested ideas that made everything so elegant. She even did a mock up for us and my mother in law. We loved everything she did. The florist shop also set up their beautiful chuppah and did all the bridal parties flowers. My bouquet was perfect and the wristlets for the mother and grandmas were beautiful Thank you for everything. I would highly recommend Alison and Rutland Beard Florist Shop. Our wedding wouldnt have been the same with out you. We also used them for our rehearsal dinner and they did a fabulous job... very simple orange gerbera daisies in a round bowl and orange petals on the table gave the dinner just the perfect touch!! You guys rock!! Thanks again!!!!

My husband sent me flowers at the office today. I was so charmed that he was kind enough to do this! How thoughtful! But the flowers from Rutland Beard Florist are dreadful. I have a vase of pink roses, carnations and freesia with two yellow roses stuck in there randomly. The roses have BROWN EDGES, the freesia is limp and tan colored. Mind you freesia lasts a week. I buy it at the supermarket and it looks great for days. These flowers literally look like they were reclaimed from a dumpster behind a grocery store. Come on guys! If you are out of fresh flowers, just stop taking orders! UPDATE--I called the flower shop and complained and they could not have been nicer! They are sending a new arrangement and will pick this one up. I have to change my rating. It is mothers day week so they may be running low on good fresh flowers. I will update again when I get the fresh arrangement.

Beautiful experience Beautiful flowers. I searched online for someone to deliver flowers for a bday gift. After seeing the beautiful bouquet of sunflowers on Rutland Beards google search, I called. They gave me a price range. I went with the lower end and was somewhat concerned that it wouldnt be as perfect as the one in the image. No need to worry! When I saw the flowers over Facetime, I couldnt believe how fabulous they were! Just as I asked: sunflowers with smaller yellow flowers. The vase was tied with a lovely bow and So Nice for her not to have to unpack them from a box and arrange them herself as happens with many flower delivery services now! The delivery man was extremely friendly and not uncomfortable with the onslaught of tears that apparently came from the sight of this sunny arrangement! Thank you!!

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Very poor customer service. Plant I ordered was not what recipient received. Called both this florist hoping to have what I ordered re-delivered, but got no satisfaction. Called FTD and they said they would request this florist to redeliver the following day. This was a sympathy plant and I was quite embarrassed by what they sent instead of what I paid a lot of money for. I was told a re-delivery would be made the following day - NOTHING WAS EVER DELIVERED. I had to call FTD again and explain story. Even they could not contact this florist. I insisted FTD not ask this florist for a re-delivery. I want a different florist. I told FTD this Rutland Beard Florist should not be on the list of FTD guaranteed florists. This florist clearly does not care about their customers.

Horrible! So Embarressed. I had a planter sent to a Funeral Home for my Step Mom. I wasaid hoping it was a dream well, more like a nightmare. The card was to read In Loving Memory. ..then the names of my family members. I even spelled each name for the woman that took my info. If the person doesnt speak good english, hang up! Marge was spelled Margne, Susan was spelled Suena, Debbie was spelled Beddie, Tyler was spelled Taylor. The flower basket was so small, nothing like the picture. I asked for the larger one and it was apparent that didnt happen. It was so small and to charge me what they did for what little I got was robbery. I wanted to impress my Father, instead I would have been better off not ordering anything then to be embarrassed. Very Displeased l!!!

Since I live in Pennsylvania, I recently ordered a Get-Well arrangement, through 1-800-Flowers, to be delivered to my niece at a hospital in Columbia, Maryland. She informed me the flowers/basket came from Rutland Beard Florist. The arrangement was beautiful, fresh and delivered the same day. Now that I know the name of this florist, and if I ever need flowers delivered in their area again, I will definitely contact them directly to place my order. Thank you, Rutland Beard Florist, for the beautiful arrangement you made for my niece. She loved the flowers, basket, bear and candy!!

What a shame! I had a bouquet delivered to my house unbeknownst to me. Someone special was so thoughtful to send me flowers but Rutland Beard just left them on my front porch, a door I dont use. I didnt find them until the next morning and everything was drooped and dead. No one told me they were coming. When I called to give feedback, the phone rang and rang and then I got a message "No one is available. Thanks for calling." and it disconnected. Someone cared enough to send me flowers, it is a shame that this florist didnt do more to make sure their money wasnt wasted.

Absolutely terrible. I called them through 100 flowers. I wanted them delivered the day of my girlfriends graduation. They did not deliver them. The next day... They told us... " we know they are going out. But we have no idea when they will be delivered." Unacceptable. They hung the chocolates on the door! They fell over in the box. Also.... They dropped them off after I cancelled the order. And left flowers that looked terrible. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

I looked on Google and found Rutland Beard Florist and called their shop and they put together a vase for my mom that was THREE TIMES the size of the vase that my stster in law sent from Proflowers. When I called the shop they took my order and told me the items I could pick and then they even sent me an email after it was delivered. I will DEFINITELY use this business again!

My husband always gets me birthday and anniversary flowers from Rutland Beard in Catonsville. The arrangements are always unique and beautiful. The most recent arrangement of summer flowers lasted almost two full weeks. For those that have complained about the delivery drivers leaving their flowers in the heat/cold, I bet if you called the shop theyd make it right.

arrangement was nice but arrived the Christmas bucket was delivered damage. There was tape on the arrangement that pulled off the paint on the bucket. I called the florist and it really seemed like the person on the other didnt really care. Said and Im sorry that happened. Wont be using this florist - this was a gift my daughter will be very upset if she sees this.
