Only writing a poor customer service review because Ive noticed multiple people experiencing the same issues. The pharmacys customer service is absolutely terrible. They were going to charge me $110.00 for a prescription because my insurance didnt cover it. Normally, when an issue like this arises they call the doctor and ask for a generic brand. When I mentioned this to the pharmacy assistant she gave me a HUGE attitude and said they arent responsible for that. Since when? Ive never had to jump through hoops for a basic prescription the way Ive had to here.

Very large. Very clean. Very bright. Nice to have. However it is *very* expensive. There is a Food Lion across the street that is known for being horribly expensive and even they are cheaper. I spoke with a couple folks that worked there and they laughed about the prices and said that theyd never shop there. Now I only go there for prescriptions. The good news is that since there is never anyone there, the lines are very short.....

I went to get a prescription for painkillers filled and they declined to fill it with the excuse that "they do not have a working relationship with this doctor". Thats the first time in my life I hear this excuse. It is a poor one, which sounds like a lie to cover an opinion which if it were revealed might land them in trouble. Besides, the doctor is not the client.

The most difficult store I have EVER dealt with. There is a general lack of attitude towards customers. Waiting on the phone 20 minutes. Never picked up. Poor attitude in the store makes me have to drive 15-20 to another CVS (cuz I have to use CVS). Maybe they will be better.... Doubt it

The absolute worst customer service and pharmacy experience I have ever had. They have never correctly filled a prescription for my family, nor have they ever been apologetic about their poor service. Find another pharmacy to avoid the headache!

Nice, clean store. Everybody is helpful and generally happy to be at work. Prices are high but, hey, it is a CVS. Sign up for the coupons!
