This is the most outrageous walgreen. and the staff (steven) at the store is like the worst staff you could have for any company. What happened was that I went there to use the kiosk to print some passport photos (using one of the iphone app called passport booth to create a 4"x6" image), and all went well and the price was $0.39 per print. However, when I asked Steve, who happened to be there, about the prints that I am waiting on, he went to the computer and started the printing. When he saw that I was printing passport photos, he then said he could not give me $0.39 per print price (i printed 3 copies). He said each print will be $12.99 because its passport photo. I asked why, and he said its company policy and also said to me I got around their system to print passport photos (Huh?). I asked if he could show me what company policy that is, he then said its internal document that he could not show me. seriously? I asked to speak to a manager and he said that he is the one (but later thru a conversation with the walgreen customer relationship I overheard he was not). Apparently he wasnt happy and I was not either. What outraged me was that he said he would not budge even if its an order from walgreen headquater. indeed, that was the case when I called HQ and had a customer relationship lady talked to him (after she confirmed to me there was no such policy and it would be illegal to gauge the price based on what customers print). so at the end, I just walked away and decided to write this review to let people know this particular walgreen store is not friendly or fair to customers.

Ive been going here a while, but I might switch after my last experience. I requested a prescription refill, and the pharmacy always calls my doctor when I am out. When I went to pick it up, I had a very rude and condescending employee tell me that the pharmacy does not do that. I told him that I didnt mind calling my doctor, as I had literally just gone there that day, but online it had said the pharmacy would request a refill. The employee told me again "We dont do that. You know how the doctor makes money? You GO there!" Very unprofessional.

Terrible experience, I ordered 6 photos and got home and there were only 5. I tried to call to ask if they had the 6th one so that I could pick it up and first I was transferred to three different people all of whom asked me the problem and then did not seem to understand, and then I was hung up on. I then called back again and was transferred multiple times before finally getting on the phone with one person who was able to help me.
