I have pink eye and I am just picking up eye drops--- Granted, it was busy, so it took a while for me to be able to pick up my presription-- Dont mind that. But what really upsetted me was that when I picked up my prescription for the eye drops, they were charging me $230. I thought that was a ridiculous amount for eye drops, so I called back the next morning and told CVS that I wanted to get the name of the prescription from the night before so that I can ask my doc for a different one. She said that I only have one prescription filled here for $15 that were eye drops. Thats odd. I told her what happened last night( how someone was trying to charge me $230)---no apology for the inconveniece whatsoever-- just a "I dont know, but your prescription is filled." Yep. Way to go for customer service at the least. Not coming back to this CVS. Ive come here many times--and none has been a pleasant one. Theyre busy and very inefficient at what they do. Dont come here if you want them to mess up your prescription/price. What if I had even paid $230? I was on the verge of walking back to the counter last night to purchase it, but glad I decided not to. Save your troubles and go somewhere else.

I am sick I went Wednesday to pick up my medication that my doctor called in two and a half hours after it was called in. And it still was not ready. My son is sick now. His doctor called his prescription in at 1:30 today and it still was not ready at 5 oclock. Its not a medication that needs to be counted its already pre-set and its bottle. But it still was not ready I was explained there short staffed. They couldnt get help in. Blah blah blah. When I paid for the prescription. I realized that they charged me more for my sons prescription today then mine on Wednesday and it was the exact same medication same dosage same everything. And I had to wait even longer to get a refund. No one wants to wait in a pharmacy 4 hours dealing with this bull crap when they have a horrible sinus infection and strep throat. When they cant hardly speak. This is absolute nonsense. Do not go to this Pharmacy if you were in a hurry or you want things done correctly.

The worst CVS ever! I just got out of the hospital. The hospital gave me prescriptions to be filled. I took it to CVS because it's convenient because it has a drive thru dropped off prescriptions and said I'd be back in 2 hours. Came back in 3 hours and none were filled. As usual, I always say I'll never go back and only go because of the drive thru, but always have major issues there. They gave me a ridiculous story about my insurance company. I got the prescriptions back and took them to Giant and had prescriptions ready in 10 minutes. And when I called to talk to a manger and told them the story they hung up on me. The most unprofessional, worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I HATE coming to the pharmacy here. Every single time I have come in I have met a different issue, and the staff is has been rediculously unhelpful. The customer service is HORRID. Whenever I ask questions specific to my perscriptions or my insurance, the pharmacy workers give me blank stares and insist that there is nothing they can do. I have had to have a manager step in almost every time to solve simple problems (running an alternate insurance, calling my dr for refills, transferring perscriptions). Even though this one is closest to where I live, I now get my perscriptions filled at the CVS in Burke, where the staff is kind and helpful.

These guys are horrible. Dirty, poorly stocked, and incredibly rude. And if you park there, go in to shop, then walk even across the street to grab something else quickly, they will call the tow truck that is apparently just waiting around the corner to tow you. It doesnt matter if you bought something there, once you walk out the door, they expect you to leave IMMEDIATELY. More than one friend has been towed here. The only upside is the minute clinic. They are pretty friendly and will get to you as soon as possible. The clinic is the only reason this isnt a zero-star review.

I went to have a prescription filled at the window. I waited 10 mins to have someone finally come to the window. Once the women came to the window she wrote down my information on a posted (never checking the system) and told me itd be ready in one hour. When I came back three 3 hours later they still didnt have my prescription ready and told me Id have to wait another 15-30 minutes. Once I got my prescription and got home I noticed it was a completely wrong prescription. I now have to go back and have them correct my prescription.... I wont be going back to this location.

Worst experience of my life. They are the only CVS with a medication in stock in the dc/nova area. The pharmacist refuses to give the medication after being rude, and saying he must call my doctor because the medication makes people drowsy. If thats the reason why then why is benadryl in the aisles...? That makes people drowsy, do you need to call my doctor for that too? Dont use this CVS! Beyond unethical when this medication must be taken or I can become very sick. A piece of paper from my doctor is not enough.

I swear I hate the pharmacy technicians here! Theyre mostly rude and nasty and its not cool at all. Why they keep people like this at the store?? The Asian woman has so much attitude I couldnt stand it, I told her to fix her attitude and I put my change on the table for her to pick up. I am getting fed up and I will make sure I take this to corporate. Its not just her, theres this other lady with short brown hair and shes Caucasian and a bit big she also has a lot of attitude.

I agree with all negative comments. I went not to long ago. I asked for a sales paper the supervisor asian guy told me they dint have one. Then I walked to this Hispanic guy with pony tail he was to busy on his cell phone that was extremely mean. I live close but I dont come to this one because every body are mean, no help and dont have a clue what is a costumer service. One star because it would not let me post the messege

Horrible. I went in with electronic cvs gift cards and the night shift workers Mulu and this other girl working that night blatantly told me to leave and come back in the morning because an email gift card is invalid. Mulu then had the odacity to look at the ecards on my phone and tell me it said to print the cards so leave print it and come back like something would be different. This store sucks!

Place is ok, typical pharmacy/convenience store. One day I was trying to have my passport photos taken. Went to two other CVS before this one but there machines were down. I called in before coming to make sure they could take my pics and said they could. Once I got there it turns out their machines were down too. What a way to keep your customers well informed.
