The place is absolutely horrible. Whats in the produce section..well whats left of it is rotten. the customer service is just horrible. If compared to anything, I could compare to trash, I ask for help, they pointed to the aisle that its in but not tell you exactly where. When it came to the cashiers. Oh boy, Ive waited for 40 mins with 5 people in front of me with 12 items at the most. When i manage to get on the belt to place my food on, I found the cashier being sluggish, and unmannerly rude. She stopped ringing up food just to do hand motions for the conversations she was in, and i have to add she had a few with other customers that werent in line and also with her fellow coworkers. When i finally got my order done, she murmured the price, I asked her to say it louder because i couldnt hear, she rolled her eyes on me and said it in a rude tone. i advice anyone who would wanna come here to dont bother. It would be a waste of time and money since the service is lousy and prices have almost doubled for the same horrible quality of "food".

El olor es horrible. Huele de pescado podrido, tuvimos que irnos después de unos pocos minutos y comprar en otro lugar. Smell is awful. It reeks of rotting fish, had to leave after just a few minutes and shop elsewhere.

Go for produce, meat. Pros: Very inexpensive produce and all kinds of Hispanic foods I dont even know what to do with. Active and well stocked butcher and seafood section with good prices. But, its cramped, smells kinda like fish, and like most ethnic grocers doesnt stock a lot of what Americans take for granted- any cheese besides queso blanco comes to mind, and "Bimbo" brand baked stuff is universally pretty awful, at least to my taste.

A disgusting place, a horrible smell invades your senses the moment you step in. Popular with working class Hispanics. I visit this place when Im looking for something, I absolutely cannot find anywhere else. Otherwise, I avoid it like the plague!!
