I was overcharged today & had to wait another 15 minutes for a refund. My daughter observed that the cashier double scanned items for two other customers before us & deleted it. I saw her double scan one of our items & removed it but I missed her double scan another. Its terrible that I would need to watch the cashiers move like a hawk. I decided to comment because when I informed her of the mistake she seemed to brush it off & found it amusing. In addition, this particular issue occurred several times amongst 3 customers in a row & should be addressed.

I am a regular shopper here. I enjoy shopping here. However, there have been 2 or 3 occasions when Ive had problems getting service at the seafood counter. I stood there about 5 minutes and no one showed up. The deli people would look at me, but no one was courteous enough to say anything. Someone will be with you; theres no one working there, something. So, I left the store and made my purchase at Giant. Had no problem there.

This shoppers literally closed their doors an hour early for their workers to go home early. Good for the workers bad for customers trying to get their last minute items. Dont turn away customers because you want to go home it looks like you just dont care I travelled alway from Bowie after checking on line for their closing time. Just make it known so people want come to your store. WE CLOSE WHEN WE WANT TO!!!

I am a regular at this particular Shoppers, and my visits here are normally quite pleasant. Being a member of Kettering Baptist Church and our Fellowship Ministry, we use this store for supplying us with their delicious, and wonderfully prepared chicken (grilled and fried) for our various ministry events. Their staff and management seems to be doing a wonderful job! Thanks Shoppers! Keep up the good work! J.LEE

Called in to ask a question was told "Maam we so busy nobody can help you" the ladys tone was condescending and extremely rude. Wont ever return to this shoppers. If you want a pleasant experience with good customer service do not go to this location. I called the one in Clinton and despite them being busy as well they were able to answer my question.

I have never see an employee so angry and rude to customers like yesterday.Unfortunately I couldnt get her name but her tag says 0417 operator .She was working at the customer service desk and was reluctantly working.I wont be shopping in this store again,get people that have good service not rude employees that would drive customers away.

Mismanaged. Whats the point of having 4 self checkout lanes and one attendant if you only have one open and let it get clogged by one person with 50 some items? Only 2 of the other regular lanes open with all three about 5 deep with waiting customers, Ridiculous.
