I have been biting my tongue since I walked out of your store at 7:17pm tonight. I have never left a bad review anywhere and I try not to complain, I work in customer service and know what a bad day is like. We all have them. The experience I had tonight at Breaunas register at your giant may have been the most uncomfortable and awful experience I have ever had in any type of store. Breauna was very kind, but the boy who was bagging for her ( I was unable to see a name tag), made me feel more uncomfortable than I have ever felt in a public setting in my life. I would never want someone to loose their job over a bad day, but this kid was telling Breauna he would not help her as soon as I approached the register. She kindly asked him to stay until she was finished checking myself and the man in front of me out. The bagging boy continued to make rude remarks to her and myself the whole time I was checking out. She asked him to go get a bag of peppers because the ones I picked up did not have a price tag on them. He made a smirky comment to her "oh so now you need me". I told Breauna nevermind. I had to pretend the peppers were bad so this kid would not freak out. He made fun of my personal appearance (and was not quiet about it!) to the cashier, Breauna, who was beyond embarrassed by his behavior... at the same time it looked like everyone was protecting him and already knew how rude and unappreciative of a person he is. Every time I looked at this kid he would say "can I help u with something??????" Before she finished ringing me out he sprinted out and left about 30 empty bags in one of my full bags. (So I have a ton of your plastic bags-such a waste and very uncaring to your business.). Its very kind of you to provide employment to this kid, but if he is not interested in customer service and is going to shove customers away like he did to myself when I have lived in the neighborhood for only 3 short months and live extremely close.... then you should probably help him consider a new line of work. I have been nauseas all night due to this disgusting experience. This is the first complaint I have ever wrote in my life and Im sad to say I will not be returning to your store which is a huge inconvience to me. I believe that having a job is a priveldge and should be treated like one. If you care to have an employee that is allowed to mouth off to customers and feel beyond uncomfortable, then you shouldnt even be running a store. Im sorry for the rude remarks but I am beyond embarrassed, disappointed and angry by the way I was treated today. I will not be back and inform others about this.

I used to love this store until. Two women who worked in the pharmacy made fun of my ethnic hair. I contacted a lawyer for this matter. This was the second time this has happened. They made comments about how my hair was nappy and the both laughed. It made me feel a shame of who I am. I am a paying customer. I refuse to go to this store because of this matter. They may take this down but, I hope others read this. This is wrong of what was done to me. I deserve to shop like any one else.

Never enough cashiers or self-service registers open for rush hour, seafood people would rather talk to each other than wait on customers. Long lines are a guarantee before 11pm. Late night and early morning are the best at this store. Even though you have to navigate the aisles carefully and dodge a waxing machine, the great selections and courteous employees make it all worth while.There is very seldom a check-out line, and the night cashiers are the best!

This used to be a very nice store back in the day but those nice days are long gone. I never go in this store again for nothing, even if its for one thing and its the only store open late night. I would rather go out of the way to the Giant in Timonium before this one, way more pleasant than this one. The last time I went to this one they screwed up my prescription for the last time and I was done.

I went to this store for Berger cookies on my way home. It is not my normal store so I was not sure where to look. I had limited time so I asked the first employee I saw. He stopped stocking shelves to walk me clear across the store to show me where they were. I only expected an asile number. This customer service was above and beyond and I appreciated it.

My experience being a giant last night was the line was so long one catch was doping in the line was all the way down 1 hour so one of the workers that was working so yall come over and wait on some of yall so we had to wait that was the only problem I have never seen it that line that long that late at night except it was a holiday or close to a holiday

Its little expensive there and usually get what I need there. Customerwise, the older ladies at the register are much nicer than younger cashiers. All they do is to talk to one another. No hello , no bye. They Pack your order wrong ( like putting onions on top of ripe tomato.

Some very racist people shop here, multiple occasions people would look away and block Isles and even more people looked at me as if I was a diseased animal, I went to the self check out because I was half certain they wouldnt let me check out with out a problem

Maria my cashier was great the meat dept cut pot roast for me and all the employees was there to help the store was very clean even the rest rooms I used to go to the one on belair rd not any more thank you. Great job.

This is a one stop shop. This is always my first choice for grocery shopping. It can get a bit congested during the day. Thankfully its open 24 hours so you can go whenever its convenient for you.

Too crowded not enough vegan selection. I find that they have this store geared to blk people when all black people dont eat unhealthy Im vegan the store isnt diverse at all weis is much better

Busy time of day only 2 live cashiers and the self service half are out of service. I have noticed when the self service runs out of bags they do not refill they close the register down.

Has what I need and is open 24 hours, which i great since I work nights and shop when I get off. I would like to see more vegan items, but the selection the store has is great.

They are all ways smiling and laughing I think its a good place to stop by day or night. They seam to be in stock with whatever I need from baby items to healthy food.
