The thing I like best about this Giant is that their staff has more personality than any retail cashier I have ever encountered....ever! They are awesome, every time I see the regular cashiers we catch up on how they are doing. They make an annoying task much better. As for the food, it is usually pretty fresh, although I have taken milk on several occasions that was 1-3 days away from expiration (I buy the smallest size which may be why) I have encountered a few rotten customers before, but there are rotten people everywhere so I shrug them off. Overall I like this Giant a lot. They do sell fresh fish and I have never gotten bad fish there. Also, they remodeled the store in 2011, so it is update now to look like the other giants.

I am a very satisfied customer with your deli department, I am a frequent customer and I have noticed a new employee in the deli department who was very friendly and upbeat. She had a smile on her face and was able to inform me about the deli meats and other sides to compliment what I was already purchasing. She also was very quick with getting everything I needed. I have noticed the change that she makes to the deli and I know it is hard working in customer service but her attitude was amazing and she brightened my day to see that there are still employees that work in customer service and have such a great attitude and pride in there job. Thank you so much Malinda hope to see you soon !

Parking lot design is poor, so parking is tedious, and there is always a long line of cars waiting to turn left onto N.Chatham road headed for 40E. Inside, the store is cavernous and unattractive. Why is the milk all the way in the farthest back corner of the store? After driving to the parking lot, walking to the store, walking way back into the store, walking back to the front, waiting for checkout, walking back out to the car, and then waiting to turn left onto N.Chatham road, it took me 30 minutes just to get a gallon of milk.

Still like the old Giant!! Trash cans are full, recycle cans full, carts all over the place. Still have employees stocking shelves taking up the aisles and cardboard displays again taking up the aisles. New hires dont have a clue if asked a question, please I could go on and on but I dont want to bore anyone! As someone said to me you can dress up a pig, but a pig is a pig!! Get with the program GIANT!

This Giant Food just moved to a different building in the same development. Freshened up the look and I feel that the employees are also more friendly. Bright and clean when i have gone, what you would expect in a grocery I expect. Parking lot can sometimes get hectic due to close proximity with Home Depot, but usually not too bad.

The fresh fish I purchased YESTERDAY was bad and stunk up my entire house. Of course I am taking the receipt to the store to get my money back, But the manager told me on the phone that I had to bring back the PACKAGING. She finally agreed I could just bring the label. I am thoroughlty disgusted.

I wish I can find to leave customer survey form at giant website. Actually Its not bad to shopping there except some cashier seems unhappy to work there. She need to get special customer service training how to smile and how to speak. However, Ill go back to see if she is getting better.

Inside was clean, but the store had a depressing dullness to it. Mismatched overhead (florescent) and aisle/register LEDs (very white in comparison). Plenty of parking spots, but the lanes are narrow, so pulling in and out of spots feels very tight.

New store (across parking lot) is an improvement, but its not really dramatically different from most Giants. One big annoyance for me is the new self-checkout stations. Theyre way too picky, always throwing errors & requiring assistance.

Standard supermarket. Prices--especially if you check their adverts and shop sales--are better than most. Worth checking out if youre flexible on where you get groceries. Parking can get a bit crazy with the Home Depot next door.

Im always going to miss the original location but the new location is amazing it has a much larger selection of organic food and the scan it program works so much better there is also a smoothie thing right then you walk in !

That one star is for bakery section.. i got my daughters birthday cake from there and that was the worst cake we ever had.. it was dry and sugary, as if it was made a week ago.. Would not go to their bakery section anymore

Produce department is very well stocked with fresh items. I love the scanner system that permits me to scan as I shop and checkout is always less that two mintues.
