The two best things about this mall are that its located by other shopping points and lots of restaurants, and that its better than the mall we have in Chambersburg. Theres not much to say - it is anchored with JCPenney and Sears. Macys is closed. I actually like JCP and they are back to offering $10 coupons to their regular customers. Sears is Sears. Theres a small food court, and in the center of the Mall with outside access theres a Red Robin. Thats about it. However, behind the mall, theres a Target, Kohls and Ross Dress Store. Olive Garden is situated to the front of the mall. Across the highway, there are other restaurants including Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse. Its overall worth the trip from Chambersburg because that Mall is pretty dead and even shut down their JCPenney. Valley Mall is right off the Highway and very easy to access.

This really was once a great small town mall and community center before they completely sold out their morals and welcomed Tilted Kilt (a "Hooters" Knocker-off), a tattoo shop, and, of course, what aspiring ghetto mall wouldnt need literally at least 9 different cell phone stores and kiosks under the same roof? The ill-effects of poor leasing decisions here are very obvious nowadays.. the place is becoming a ghost town other than the aforementioned gems. Prediction; Very soon the theatre will carry the theme presently set by the storefronts of Victoria Secrets and Spencer Gifts and will be converted to a full XXX feature showing. Future tenants will exclusively be dollar stores, athletic shoe stores, weave shops, wig stores, urban wear, et al. Grab your EIC Card honey - Were taking the bus to the Valley Mall to get junior some gold teeth up-in-here !!!

Im posting for "Americas Best" This is where I visited and I would like to say that the folks here take good care of you from the moment you walk in the door. Theyre very professional, courteous and theyre just like family! The eye doctor that I saw there a couple of weeks ago was fantastic! I dont remember his name, but he was very kind and very knowledgeable at what he does. The price was great, I had an eye exam, ended up needing 2 pairs of bifocals . So I got bifocals, the kind that tint when you go out into the sun. Payed something like $250 for the whole deal!!! Unbelievable!! Anyway, I was so comfortable with my visit I thought about inviting everyone over to my place for supper! Lol

Its not perfect but its by no means entirely a "dead mall". The food court lacks some of the names that are synonymous with the food court area. Most restaurants are separated from the rest of the mall. Theres still a lot of stores left, but heres the thing, theres not a lot of people here. During Thursday lunch hour youd expect a lot of people here but the food court is pretty empty. I see this mall clinging on trying to survive and I think its safe to say it will still make it. The people here are all very friendly and thats something that will really help them in the long run.

The Valley Mall in Hagerstown, MD offers patrons a fairly standard mall experience with some minor pluses. For one, the additions of Red Robin and Primanti Bros mean the sub-par food court is no longer your only choice. The childrens play area near the food court is a nice distraction for the little ones. I have noticed that older "kids" play in the play area, which I find very odd. Im talking teenagers.

I like it but me and my friends dont go that often anymore because the security stalks us basicaly and this one guy pulled out an can of mase on us because he thought we were with crowd that was fighting (we werent in that crowd) but before that i would have to say that they do need more stores or make the mall bigger because were i grew up the malls were 2..3 floors and sorry for making this reveiw so long

I give this location 5 stars not because its a super spectacular mall, but because when considering the location versus amenities its actually really amazing. Ive been in some large malls. Some fancy malls. Etc. But for being in hagerstown this mall is really nice. They have quite the variety of shops. Its well kept. Spacious. And some pretty nice amenities. I will definitely be going back.

Being that it seems malls around the country are suffering this one is doing ok i would say. My biggest gripe is with the parents who allow their children to run rampant on those stupid motorized stuffed animals. You have to watch out sometimes to keep from being run down by those little bas*****. And to all the adults that are riding them...stop it...youre too old for that Susan.

I do really enjoy going to the Valley Mall if I get a chance. The mall has a good variety of stores for how small Hagerstown is. The bad thing is that it is really the only mall anyone goes to around here, so it tends to be really busy, even on Saturday. The Chambersburg mall isnt that great anymore so everyone I know from Chambersburg go to Hagerstown to shop. Its kinda sad.

Decent selection of stores. Constantly changing. Department stores moving out left and right though, so will be interesting to see what they do to fill the space. Has an amazing tattoo gallery that Ive used on numerous occasions. OK food court. Little lacking. Overall has most basic mall stores. Gave it a 4th star alone on the fact they got rid of the lotion mongers.

Country Inn and Suites has been our go to hotel for the past couple of years but the last 2 stays have been a bit disappointing. On this one the A/C was a bit dicey, refrigerator didnt really cool, and my wife thought the room a bit musty. Service was good. I did not eat breakfast because I was ill but it looked good and the dining area was clean.

This mall needs to be more careful of the vendors they have set up in the middle of the mall. The picture guy that is by the Vape shop is very rude and ignorant. He also likes by telling you that you will get one thing and then when he gets your money changes what he said and refused to give me my money back. I will never recommend him to anyone.

Standard 70s era mall with okay shopping. Newer remodeled stores like American Eagle, Foot Locker, and Journeys. The newest addition is H&M. Not worth going in if you can order online, I would go to Gaithersburg or Tysons Corner instead for any shopping needs with newer and more interesting stores.

This is an old, somewhat rundown, mall that has very few quality stores. The high points are the H&M and the Sephora inside J C Pennys. The movie theater is pretty good, if not a bit dirty most often. Lots of very mediocre restaurants. I guess on the plus side, there is a lot of parking.

This place has a huge selection of stores , shops and restaurants to check out. You should be able to find most of what your looking for within its large interior . And its all enclosed so you dont even have to go out in the cold to get from one store to the other. Come check it out.
