This a nice place in Wilmington to walk around and get a little shopping done. There is a great movie theatre here, some national shopping stores, and some good places to eat. It earns a 4 star from me based solely on the limited shopping it offers. It is small compared to most larger cities although they are beginning to build more stores in this area. As it grows I will update. A huge plus in the summer is the lawn parties it has with live music on Friday evenings!

Mayfaire has turned into my go to spot for pretty much everything in Wilmington. Snag a latte and some wifi from Starbucks, hit any number of different kinds of restaurants for a bite, catch a movie, shop, shop, shop - for clothes, for pet stuff, for furniture, for shoes, and I could go on and on. Its an incredibly clean and walk able place that was fully decked out for the holidays when I took this photo!

Easy to walk from store to store. There is a wide selection, including a World Market, Barnes and Noble, Eddie Bauer and Zoes Kitchen. If you like shopping, this is a place to be. However, there is rather poor traffic management; there are no stop signs at many intersections and it can be hard to see if parking is full. People put their brains with their luggage when theyre driving so be careful!

This mall is the perfect place for both locals trying to find what they need and for tourists looking to go on a shopping spree while on vacation. It offers a wide variety of clothing stores like Pacsun, Vans, and American Eagle. The entire mall is very clean and easily accessible. You can get just about anything your heart desires, from a vanilla bean frappuccino to a new pair of Nike Free Runs.

There are a wide variety of shops on there and multiple traffic paths so if one way is blocked or crowded you can enter/exit through another. Im not always a fan of the parking availability because at certain times like during dinner hours lots of people are frequenting the various restaurants and the movie theater making it hard to find a spot even for the stores.

Favorite place just to walk around and shop. Outdoors so not a stuffy mall atmosphere. Soft jazz playing through the park system propels you along by some really nice shopping such as Barnes and Noble, Wizzywigs candy shop, game stop, restaurants and more. The art store down from Belk, the name escapes me, but go there for fun playful art and crafts

Mayfaire is my preferred shopping location in Wilmington! I love the look and feel of the place in general! The theater there is amazing and the food choices in and around the shopping center are absolutely perfect. The theater is often not very crowded which amazes me. I like venturing to Mayfaire for a nice relaxing Saturday with my wife!

Shopping, shopping, shopping! If you are a shopper this a a fun place to spend an afternoon. Lots of different stores so most everyone can find something they will enjoy going into. High end and more moderate price stores. I love coming here when I am in town. I can always find something here for those hard to find presents for some people.

I love Mayfaire and all the shops but if you try to even call their management center you get treated like a nobody. I called today asking for some help and she literally spat out a phone number and hung up. I enjoy shopping there but the management of the town center itself (not the individual stores) is ridiculously rude.

An upscale multi-use shopping, dinning and residential complex providing fine goods and services. This mall is a pleasure to walk, shop and dine, it is clean, well lit and safe due to regular patrols. There is plenty of parking and a plethora of shops, restaurants retail stores, and entertainment to enjoy from day to night.

Nicest place to shop in Wilmington, in my opinion! Lovely shops. Easy to park close up, difficult on the weekends. There are so many different places to have lunch or dinner and the coolest movie theater. Best cozy seats! Great to take the family. Park and walk along the stores . Lovely sidewalks to navigate!

A lil too much entitlement goinf in with a lot if the customers who.shop in these stores (Mayfaire) and thats just keeping it 100 with ya. They have lots if money and dont care too much about anything but themselves. Like thwy are in a bubble. Kim Kardashian-esque is the closest i can get.

I love the Mayfair Regal theater off season, not too crowded. I love walking the Town center with my kids during spring and falls, since this one of the few areas in Wilmington with sidewalks. My family love Brixx pizza and fox&hound. They are still expanding and adding new stores.

I live close by and walk around Mayfaire often. Great stores, definitely more upscale and more expensive but worth it. Just grab a coffee and enjoy a nice afternoon walking around looking at all the stores and then head to regal when it gets dark! A favorite go-to for locals!

One of my favorite places to dine and shop, just watch out for drivers. Too many people dont understand how to navigate the intersections and arent paying attention. Ive almost been hit a few times, especially at the first intersection past the entrance where its not a 4-way.

Customer service is good here. Pricey snacks like all movie theaters. Spacious seating even when packed. Drink holders on every arm rest. Seats that recline when you push them backward. The person in front of you has enough room so that you will still feel comfortable.

Terrific small town atmosphere with upscale shopping, dining, movie theatre.....got it all in one easy spot..including Fresh Market and Fine Arts Gallery that reps Dr. SEUSS Work internationally. Great funny and unique work. Family owned and very accommodating.

This is a very nice mall. Im not sure what you would be looking for from a mall that you wouldnt find here. Outside of it there are some fun lunch spots....but, its also worth crossing Military Cutoff to continue your shopping and eating options at The Forum.

I visited the theater, which was fine. It seems like I am supposed to review the whole shopping center though, which I wasnt a huge fan of. A bit too cookie cutter, the latest in the outdoor mall type design. Not awful, if you like that sort of thing.

This is such a fun collection of restaurants, the perfect combination of stores, entertainment all easily accessible with pretty good parking - designed and landscaped like a small town. It is a fun destination!

They are a variety of shops here anf a movie theater. Please note the theater is a recline and dine, so you should arrive early to pick your seats or see if you can purchase them online prior to arrival.
