The parking lot is awkwardly laid out, so it can be quite a mess getting out at busy times. Several exits feed into one exit at several intersections, and depend on the changing light for movement. There is ample parking for all of the locations, and stores are well-marked. Center is generally clean and well-tended.

This is a nice teen or family hangout place but I do wish there were some more shops that are "kid appropriate" charming Charlies is great but there arent a lot of kids shops. A paper source would be great

Conveniently located in the back of Lake Manassas with the availability of a multitude of shops. Traffic isnt too bad in the parking lot, and there are always spots available.

Variety of shops, but Wegmans is always packed on the weekend. Dont even try to park there on a holiday weekend (i.e. Mothers Day)
