Its not I dont like them it said I used to work for him and what people dont know is ridiculous know the fresh meats most of them come in frozen and theyre put out the Frosted managers dont care to stand up for their good people and they pull people away from departments to make up for pallet distribution from frozen dairy you know they shove them off in the other places you know used to be a family-oriented when the old man was alive ever since he died theyve gone down they dont care I saw so much even it down when it from my own manager that he could be he would have been fired if I had a spoke on some of the stuff that I saw and knew theyre not the biggest employers or one of the bigger employers that they claim they are because they hire him and so many quit because of the way theyre treated a lot of my higher during the holidays and after the holidays only a handful tip so these so-called unemployment situation is false because hes stores are hiring them and firing them or theyre quitting because the way theyre treated and believe me I know that because my son was in the hospital almost dead and I had 10 minutes of my shift left and nothing to do everything was done and I asked to leave because my son was laying in Maryland Shock Trauma and they told me if I left Id be fired my shift arc our crew that was in Frozen we did our job you know overnight crew they did whatever they wanted to do they shove products in places at Merchandise was sitting in the cooler for we try to explain that to her managers and everything how much down time that we were losing how much we had in downtime because we having to spend an hour or two hours two and a half hours pulling things out that his overnight crew would shove in but when we come in the product for their spots were sitting right on the pallets all the time normally the one or two pallets in when I try to talk to my manager about some of the situation problems ever going on and he told me not to worry about it to worry about my own job Walmart used to be a good place to go to used to be family oriented but the employees there arent treated like family the customers a lot of times and certain stores are treated like s*** you can never find help youre never greeted in a proper way nobody knows where is any things that because youre told not to leave your area that it wasnt your job you directed them that way so you know you wonder why people and why they never like they are and you wonder why they say within 9 or 10 years Walmart going to go down go bankrupt well thats going to happen because when unless I go back to being family-oriented your employees and the customers are treated the same and equal youre going to have problems with some

This Walmart really went down. The service here at night sucks. Every time I go into this store I hate it. I am a electronic guy and when I am there I always want help. Theres always know one working in that department and when I do find someone I get the same B.S line. Oh I dont work in this department let me page someone for you. And from that point I am left standing there for about 15min until someone else comes over to tell me that they dont work over here. And when they call a manager I am still waiting another 20min. Once my 35mins has pass and no came to help me not I am just piss off. But the funny part about this is now that no one was there to help me and I go over to select movie or DVD. Out of no were a Walmart employee comes out of no were and tell me that he has to physically escort me to the front with the DVD. Lol my thing were the hell was you when I needed help in the electrical department. And why is it backwards for Walmart to work at night. What I am saying is you guys have all your registers open in the day time. But at night or late night you only have 1 or 2 registers open, when clearly you can see that theres more people shopping at night. And I wish that your Walmart update your systems by putting self checkout registers in that Walmart. AND MOST IMPORTANT YOU DOOR GREETERS . IF YOUR DOOR GREETERS ARE GOING TO CHECK THE BAGS OF THE CUSTOMERS MAKE SURE THEY CHECK EVERYONE AND NOT EVERY OTHER ONE. I SAT AT THE DOOR AND WATCH YOUR DOOR GREETERS AND SHE LOOK AT EVERY BLACK AND HISPANIC CUSTOMER BAGS AND LET THE WHITE CUSTOMER WALK PASS. I am not saying this is a racial thing but you need to address this before someone say something....

I wish there there was a -100 star rating! UNFRICKING BELIEVABLE how AWFUL A MAJORITY of their CSRs are. Ordnance Road Walmart worst ever! I was there 40 minutes, through 7 overhead speaker calls, 3 calls to the store from my cell phone while waiting for a phantom CSR to "assist customer in Stationery". They called someone name "JILL", she was assigned this section but needless to say, she never showed up; they called a CSM (manager) never showed! No less than 30 employees with those blue vests passed me and ignored the HELL OUTTA me even though a blind person couldve seen that I was obviously waiting (patiently and without verbally abusing any if the passing employees). One guy made eye contact and when I opened my mouth to ask for assistance, he exited stage left IMMEDIATELY and practically ran down the aisle away from me. NOW I got pissed off! I was about to show "completely off"! So when one young lady, Diamond from Electronics passed, I asked for her help. Prepped and ready to "GO IN" on her and the store and company as a whole. She stopped, tried to help and when she couldnt, IMMEDIATELY went and got a CSM (Ms. Lynette), who assisted me. Diamond actually waited while we tried to figure out if they had the items. This WASNT EVEN HER SECTION!!!! Needless to say, Im furious with the employees of this store, with the exception of Ms. Lynette and most especially Diamond. These two are the only reason I will ever go to another Walmart! I know Walmart corporation couldnt care less about my singular expenditures in their company, but one would hope that others having similar awful experiences will speak up and maybe they will start to pay attention!

Never surprised by this Walmart. I purchased an item this morning, online for pick up. It said it would be ready by 3:31pm, which was about four hours. At 3:55pm I began calling the store pick up line at the store I ordered from. The phone was repeatedly hung up. I called eight consecutive times and on all eight, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. I know this because I could either hear people talking, or the shuffling of the phone before it went back on the receiver. On the ninth time, someone finally picked up the phone and said "what do you need?" I explained I ordered the item earlier in the morning and it was supposed to be ready at 3:31pm. She said, and I quote "good luck with that", then hung the phone up. I dont know why Im still surprised by the attitudes of Walmart employees.
