May 15, 2017 me and my fiance goes to this kmart for a little shopping. We gets clothes, so you know how long that could take an average person. We in the mens department and my fiance goes, that guy keeps following us peeking around the racks of clothes. As we walking behind him. I goes no honey he is a regular shopper just shopping. So we go into the fitting room to try on the clothes and I come out to show my fiance how the clothes look. I look up and what do you know, him and another lady watching the fitting room. Ok we get the jeans we wanted goes to the cash register to PAY for our items and here he comes telling the cashier something, told all customer service assiociate something, and so on. He sends another guy to the door to start checking receipts. I thought this was kmart not walmart and walmart only checks for items thats out of the bag or if the alarm goes off. So I tell him no and keep walking. I goes to my car and turn around the SECURITY Follows me outside. My fiance has a FEDERAL JOB and I have a very successful business to run, what do we look like going to jail for stealing just not an option for my family. I wanted to shop more but once I witnessed it myself I had to go. It was very uncomfortable never will i go back to kmart. I was having a wonderful day until I came here. First beautiful day and it was ruined by kmart employees. Lawyer???

This Kmart has already been one of the worst in a bad chain. Rarely had sale items in stock and dirty. It was hard to find Australia and when you did, they werent helpful. There old one in Glen Burnie, replaced by ShopRite, was much better. Soon this will end, as the store, like many others across the country, is closing. I have had they are closing by the end of July, but theyre isnt much left now. We went to look for kids shoes and sandals. This was probably the best selection if anything left, and there wasnt much, most of what was left was of terrible quality. Yes, super cheap, but in some cases, good luck finding the pair. At this point, the only thing left is junk. If you like little nick knacks, then sir, you might find something. But otherwise, unless a company comes in and brings in outside merchandise, then dont waste your time, this store is done. If you need a Kmart, the closest is Crofton. Of course there is still a Sears in Marley Station Mall. Out just go to the Walmart across the street.

Visited this store today around 3pm. They are closing down on 7/30/2017 according to one of the employees. Not much left. I bought 2 shirts and 4 pairs of shoes for $29. The cashiers were chatting at the register and didnt want to ring me up. I had to wait until they finished their conversation. The store is a mess, thats to be expected because of the closing. There was really nothing that caught my eye. Even the things that I bought I could have done without but nothing in my hand was over $9. 80% of the store is roped off.

What a mess. Employees are not that knowledgeable about points and sales. The wait to check out is always too long. The store is a mess. They offer friday freebies and free stuff to the kids every Saturday. They never have the free stuff for kids. Super frustrating. I continue to shop because of the shop your way incentives.

Personally, Ive always preferred Kmart over Wall-mart, hands down. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. They have everything I need, from business clothes to exercise shoes, and most times cheaper than other stores. Also, Its one of the few stores where you can still find American made products!

CLOSING ON JULY 31, 2017 ! GO NOW WHILE YOU CAN. EVERYTHING IS ON SALE. NO RETURNS. It will be sad to see this go but there is too much competition in the area with Walmart, Bjs, Harris Teeter, Shoppers, Shop Rite, Lauers, Giant, Safeway, Geresbecks, and Even Angels.

Store is closing, interior of store is a hot mess. Even with the so called markdowns googling these items will show they are just as much in other nearby competitors stores. This store has always been a hole and today they surpassed themselves and continued to dig.
