I have had bad experiences with Xbox One S. First one I got didnt work. I was able to exchange it the next day with no problem. I did buy the warranty which was good because my next Xbox One S internal fuse blew when the house was struck by lightning. I knew I should have unplugged it but I didnt. Since I had the warranty I was able to exchange it the next day. Prices are very fair here, and I highly recommend a warranty on some of the more expensive things. With their warranty replacements are very easy. Good knowledgeable people working here, and they seem to care about the game consoles you buy from them.
