I brought my IPhone 6 in for a screen repair, and the repair was done very efficiently. When I brought the phone home I started to have issues with the screen blacking out and going crazy. I brought the phone back in an explained my problem. Device Pitstop was extremely understanding and insisted they take another look. They found that the replacement screen was faulty and they put on another at no cost, and then made sure that the new screen functioned properly. They whole time the crew at Device Pitstop was extremely courteous and kind. I was very pleased with my experience!

Do not bring your phone to these people. Worst service ever. They replaced my screen, and a few days later my phone started wigging out. We took it back to them and they told us the screen had an internal crack and they voided the 30 day warranty. Keep in mind. As soon as I got my phone from them, I put it in a sturdy case and I put a glass screen protector on it. They are saying the crack is our doing. I dont think so. Poorly done Device Pitstop. I hope this post keeps others from making the mistake of using your bad service.

Amazing customer service!! These guys fixed my IPhone 6 after months of being broken. No sales pitch or bs. Im truly amazed. Like this never happens. I had a Groupon and they treated me the same as anyone else. Their team is top notch. I will be back. I will also be referring everyone I know.

Im glad I found this place, they have great deals on computers and phone accessories. Ive gotten a couples of iPads a few months ago and they still run great. Also often get phone accessories for half the price. Very glad I found this place.
