I read some of these reviews and frankly my experience could not have been better. I was told by Verizon customer service that I had to go to this location to get the lower price I had found for the phone I purchased recently. Not an easy task, I can assure you. I was met with courteous and professional Verizon employees that worked together when necessary to perform the task I needed fairly quickly and I was on my way during the Christmas shopping season. I would have given more stars if I could.

Should be 0 stars. Had an issue with billing because I was on one bill and had my bill separated for FiOS and wireless to upgrade my phone. The guy behind the counter yelled at me telling me how it was only a wireless store they dont deal with FiOS and I needed to go home and call customer service I was wasting their time they couldnt do anything to help me. Thats funny because I was told by Verizon they are a corporate store and they can help with billing.

One star is being generous! Worst store I ever dealt with. It took over FOUR hours for purchase a new phone! The sales rep was scatter brained to say the least! After I left the store I realized he didnt put my blue tooth in my bag...back to the store again! Today I checked my email for my receipts...it was never sent! Finally after 2 calls to customer service I was able to get my receipt. I will never go to this store again!

Not sure why the reviews are so low. This is the best Verizon store Ive ever been to. Theyve never given me an attitude or the run around like most other stores, and I drive an extra 20 minutes to get to this one over several others in my area just for their customer service. Ive been going here for several years and have never had an issue, Ive also sent friends here and theyre all really pleased with their experiences!

I took a Droid 2 there today that I purchased from Verizon for almost $800, only 6 months ago because the charger port is stripped out on me. Making the phone almost useless unless you charge it wirelessly constantly. They found a tiny crack in my screen that magically made them pass me off to Motorola. The same thing happened with an iPhone that I had insurance on. I swear all cellphone companies are the devil.

Do not go to this Verizon store! My husband ordered me a new phone and we went to pick it up. My husband changed his name, had adequate documents to prove he changed his nane and the manager would still not give him the phone. The manager yelled and screamed at my husband. Worst verizon experience evee.

We loved this store when we first started with them, but over time we have noticed many times we have been over charged, lied to and been charged for things we told them we did not want. And when talking to management been called "liars" and telling us that the mix up was our fault.
