Went in today because my Note 5 has given me nothing but problems since day one! When I walked in I was instantly greeted by an employee, John Boss. Adorable smile!. I Explained my problem(S), and long story short, he looked up my account, and by the time I left, he. Hooked me up with something new! ,the LG V20. He rearranged my plan to where Im actually paying a few bucks less monthly, and thats,including the new phone. I decided to keep the Note 5. Could of traded it in but wasnt worth it. I finally have one that still works , can keep it as a backup!. Anyways John was great! He didnt try to rush me out the door. .He took the time to show me everything on my new phone. Lordy theres a lot to remember! Walked out only paying the tax & Connection fee. So no complaints there!. . So how do I rate them? John definitely gets 5 stars! I have always had pretty good service with Verizon, regardless of the area. The only thing I have to say negative is now having to pay the full price of the phone over 2 yrs. Im paying over 100bucks a month just in phones & a tablet. My big issue is by the time I end up paying it off, its usually broken, sitting with other old (broken!) Phones that end up play phones for the little ones.This is the 1st phone that is still working! BUT I still have to pay for 6 months. I guarantee that sucker would of be a goner eventually! So if your wanting to get a new phone,tablet,etc go see John! And I have to say congrats to John and his lady. Their having a little one very soon! Best of luck to you both! Keep smiling!

It was refreshing to walk into a store that held the door open for me, literally. Immediately when I came in KJ was very kind, professional, and patient. I had gone to the other Verizon store in California, MD earlier and the worst customer service experience. This store has made a life-long customer due to their service and respect for my needs. KJ even recognized that I am active duty and applied the Verizon active duty discount to my data and to my in store purchases - something no other Verizon staff has done for me yet. Use this store for any of your needs: supplies, help, and just questions. Theyre awesome!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Karissa. She made the entire process of getting a new phone effortless on my part. I had an issue with my current cell phone and she took care of everything. She is very professional yet personable. She even went as far as entertaining my two year old while I was on the phone with customer service, confirming a few things. I usually go to the Verizon down the road but based off of reviews I went to this store instead.. and Im glad I did. Highly recommend this location, and also thank you to Karissa- who made something usually stressful, a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience with cellular sales! I was assisted by KJ at the charlotte hall store, but since they didnt carry the phone that I wanted in the store, she had to order it for me. She was willing to meet me at the store when my phone arrived, and she was very flexible and accommodating when I wasnt able to make it one day. We met at the Lexington park store and she had everything ready to go for me, so that all I had to do was sign, pay, and go! It was overall a GREAT experience! Thanks Cellular Sales!

I went in about a problem with my Samsung S-7 and Chris Poe was the service representative that helped me. His customer service skills was excellent and professional. Chris even worked with the warranty service company on the phone to get a replacement due to a swollen battery. I have to drive 20 minutes, and past two other Verizon stores, to get to this store but the service there makes it worth the effort. In these times customer service can make or break a store so its refreshing to see a staff that cares.

I upgraded my phone back in February and Ive had a few issues with it. However, the level of service Ive received while having trouble with my phone has been nothing less than amazing! Ive been assisted by a few but Jonathan has been the best! Hes gone above and beyond to get my email passwords changed, apps downloaded and anything else I needed! He even saved me money by switching my bill and he is helping me save money from switching from Onstar to HUM! I will be coming back, thats for sure!

Hello. I just want to say when I came into the Lexington store I immediately greeted by KJ the Verizon associate. I wanted to upgrade my phones and she helped me immediately. It was a pleasant experience. We upgraded to the V 20 !! They didnt have the phones that day but KJ got the phones and I came back 2 days later. She programmed both phones and my Bluetooth for me. She did a excellent job. So happy with the service and my new phones. We will definitely come back to this store.

I recently made changes to my plan and its taken a few visits to iron out the wrinkles. It might be the time of day that I visit (after work), but Im always met by slow moving, slow thinking, unenthusiastic staff. Things I feel they should know... they dont and Im left to do the detective work and get back to them with the answer. After an unhelpful visit today (again) Ill try tomorrow and hope I find someone I havent seen before.

Customer service at this location was awesome on this snowy day! Lucky for this tech challenge person, I had plenty of great help today. I brought in my 4 yr old phone, with a ton of pictures, etc and they took the time to transfer everything (which was difficult) because of the age of the old phone. And they showed me how to use different apps and thing. The folks were fantatics! Will see come back. .

I visited your store recently and received some of the best customer service I have ever received. Without going into the boring details, Aaron G pushed through barrier after barrier to help me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and calm during the whole process. He would be an EXCELLENT role model for any new hire. I was so grateful for his service and the friendliness of everyone in the store.

Came in to upgrade from S6E to S8 and received top notch service! Phone arrived w/i 2 days and KJ was able to transfer all requested items from old phone to new, give me a quick tutorial and thoroughly explain all charges, benefits and insurance. She was the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of buying a phone from. Highly recommend this store and especially KJ!

I came into the Verizon store in Lexington Park today to have someone help me with my usb modem. Andrew went above and beyond to help me install the software that I needed for my computer and also helped me with a bunch of problems on my phone. The best customer experience I have had in any Verizon store. This is the only store I will go to from now on. THANK YOU!
