DO NOT GO HERE! Save yourself the headache and go to legit Verizon store. I would barely give this place a 1 star. It was the worst experience Ive ever had. I was there for 5.5 hours! The rep who initially set up my new phone screwed up. The mistake wasnt caught until I was halfway home. At this point we had already been there for over an hour for the initial setup. I had my mother and my 3 young children (the youngest being a 6 month old baby.) The store manager made it very clear that he was upset having to stay there after his shift ended. He at no point made me feel that they felt bad for making the mistake in the first place. Actually, they never admitted the mistake but made it seem like some fluke problem. My baby is crying, my 12 year old is sick from a migraine and we sat there, at this location, for almost 4 hours while they sat on hold with Verizon customer service. Again, the manager repeatedly made me feel like I had no right to be upset because he had been there since 8 am and it was now after 9 pm. He repeatedly complained about being there. I DO NOT CARE BECAUSE IT WASNT MY MISTAKE. By 10:30 pm my husband was finally able to come sit there and wait so I could go home with the kids. I was there for a total of 5 and a half hours. My husband didnt return home until 11:30 pm. The phones were still not fixed. My husband called Verizon at 8 am and he fixed the problem on the phone with them by 8:30 am. What should have happened when the mistake happened: "we are so sorry for this problem. If you would like to go home with your family we will be sure to call you as soon as we have it resolved. Do you have a home phone we can contact you on?"

Buyer beware! I went in 2 years ago and got phones for family. Nice girl helped me. Broke phone and went back to new crew. Guy told me not to use insurance it would be cheaper to buy new phone. My son deleted an update by mistake and he said it cant be fixed. Need new phone. I told him i cannot afford more than $200 per month total, what i write on the check each month, including taxes. My bill ended up being well over that. Go back to store and new crew there said he didnt include monthly payments on phone in price. Annoyed. Corporate store in Harrisburg told me i was better off using insurance to get same phone that i loved and i couldve done factory reset to fix sons phone. So annoyed with this and i would NEVER EVER enter this store again. Oh, i had rebates coming and i have copies of the paperwork they said they filed for me but Verizon never got the rebate papers so Im out there as well. I will be dealing with Harrisburg from now on. Worth the extra few minutes in the car and they move people faster in that store. Please beware when you go into this store. I would avoid at all costs!!

Yesterday I took my 85 year old mother-in-law and her walker into the Verizon store with my 23 year old daughter to by my mother- in-law a new "flip" phone. We were told we must get a $9.99 protection plan that could be stopped after the first bill by contacting the staff member Kristian by phone. We were also told that my mother-in-law had the cheapest plan. When we got home I called the store to cancel the protection plan but was told we would have to come to the store or call customer service. I questioned this and then was treated rudely and ultimately hung up on. After calling customer service the protection plan was dropped because that was an utter lie along with saving my mother-in-law about $15.00 a month. The store completely lied and cheated an 85 year old woman. This is truly despicable.

Everyone is great and very forward. They always look to provide every option available. At times they can be rude but very straight forward which a lot of people cant take but unfortunately that is todays society. They have jobs just like everyone else and some days are more difficult then others but they always look to stay positive. - A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes. It is a catalyst and it Sparks extraordinary results. So stay calm and collective they are always willing to create the best possible outcome they can. God bless you all.

I did NOT give 3 stars.... it automatically filled in. They are crooks!!!! They sign you up for insurance security without your consent to a 3rd party who in turn charges you a monthly rate to your bank account. If you dont watch your bank account closely you could loose alot of money..... which is what happened to us. Obviously disputing charges.... headache after headache.... oh did I mention.... VZ has no idea what Im talking about... Hmmm mom go figure. Vz.... your disgraceful.

Worst Verizon store in the area. Verizon shouldnt allow them to represent them. Went in looking for a device for my daughter. Walked in 3 reps were there. All had other customers, but right when I walked in there was one whom at the moment wasnt busy. A simple "how may I help?" As a customer enters would be nice. It wouldve avoided my nearly one hour wait just to ask if they had the device available and be told no.

Absolutely horrific customer service! Unknowledgeable about our contract, added extra charges, misquoted insurance and return plans. Staff rude and refused to correct their mistakes. After contacting supervisors we were invited to Manheim store where all the corrections were made with apologies! Owner never returned calls about unprofessional staff.

We purchased new iphones from this location. There was a bunch of confusion between this location and the corporate store... we got some initial attitude, but they went out of their way and got to the bottom of it and worked it all out in the end. We appreciate all of their hard work and research.

After waiting to be acknowledged for upwards toward an hour. They finally greeted me and then proceeded to sell me a SIM card for my phone that didnt end up working because they sold me the wrong one! Sorry but just one star due to the customer service and low knowledge about their products.

I wish I read the reviews before I dealt with this store. I got screwed big time. The reviews are so right. I found out threw Verizon customer service that they lied n screwed me. This store does not care for there customers at all. This store is giving Verizon a bad name.

Was planning on upgrading, until the manager on duty actively lied about a promotion, and then refused to complete the sale without an OPTIONAL bundle being purchased. Thankfully there are several other Verizon options nearby.
