Note - the response from seller is an instant canned response that instantly populates when this comment is posted. There isnt a true response with the concerns expressed. Just more fluff and show. Purchased the new S8 from this store. The salesperson sold me the liquid screen protector that he applied to the phone. Within 5 days there were scratches on the screen that I could catch my nail on. Returned to the store and after over 30 minutes arguing with him and his manager and them stating that there wasnt anything they were going to do, I was given a hard screen protector that they then applied to the phone. It shouldnt have taken over 30 minutes and 2 other customers walking in and watching the conversation, for them to do what at the time I thought was the right thing. Now, 2 days later, that is cracked as well. I havent dropped the phone or mishandled it any way, just in my pocket and on my desk. Moral of the story, dont trust any of the garbage aftermarket products this store sells. They are very dishonest and until exposed in front of other customers, wont stand behind what they sell.

Ive always been an IPhone user, but when my daughter bought a Galaxy Note 5, I decided to try one myself. As I entered the store, Darla walked over to greet me. Immediately, I felt a connection with her. Very friendly, and approachable. As we discussed my options, I then realized how knowledgeable she was of the products. Giving me choices, etc. When I finally decided on my new phone, she " took care of bysiness". Ive never, in over 20 years of business with Verizon, ever met a rep that was as personable and knowledgeable as Darla. She is always available through text messages with info Ive requested. Ive even gone back several days later and bought 2 tablets for my grandchildren. Verizon, you are lucky to have this young lady as a part of your team! Too bad their arent more people like her as reps. Doing business would be a lot easier. Sincerely Pat

I came in to order a new phone for my son. Im sorry I cant remember everyones name, but I was treated with respect and one of the other salesmen took the time to show my very tech curious 12 y/o son some cool things on a phone that hes not needing yet. I say this as a compliment, because I could take care of business while they were chatting. My phone came in before expected. When I went to pick it up, Jason Gold was extremely helpful and patient letting me know I could come back with my son and his old phone and they would transfer information. Cant have him on my cloud! Too crowded. Plus I only wanted certain things transferred. I came in and a nice woman took care of it in no time! I am very pleased with this store and its employees! Thank you!

My husband and I went to the Verizon store closest to our home. We were not sure what we needed. Darla waited on us, listened patiently, and talked with us to understand our needs. She updated our phone plan and our iPad, and then guided me through steps to get Word so I can use it for work. This saved us the money we would have spent on a new laptop. Then Darla again patiently explained the Galaxy note 7 to us, and then continued to help me with my new phone, and explain "hum" to my husband. Darla was wonderful! She was patent, kind, and respectful, even though we needed a lot of help. My husband is so happy to have the hum system and I am enjoying my new phone! Thanks so much to Darla!

You have the best employee ever at Verizon wireless in Parkville Maryland. Her name is Darla Moses and I have never ever experienced better service anywhere that I have gone not only for Verizon stores but any other businesses as well. She was exceptional knowledgeable and very patient with me teaching me how to best use my cell phone. I would highly recommend that you give her a raise because it is all about customer service and she exemplifies the best there is in Verizon wireless. I will always come here to the store or go wherever I can find Darla Moses. I am not related to her but I feel like she helped me very very much. Please thank her from me from the bottom of my heart!!!

As a business owner I know the challenge to retaining good employees and good customer service. The gentleman Franco makes me feel important and that my time and money is valuable to him. He listens to my needs and helps me find the best option. I met him about a year ago when I walked in vey frustrated with my lack of respect experience I was getting from ATT. He helped me out that day then followed with a phone call, not to sell me anything just to check. Since then he has been my first call for all my needs. He values my time, handles my account with integrity and class. I have a new found faith in customer service because of him.

I went to the Parkville Verizon store on Saturday to get an upgrade for my iphone. I called before arriving and spoke with Darla. She was very warm and friendly. When I got to the store Darla answered all of my questions. The process to transfer my data took a while, and Darla was really friendly and helpful the whole time. By the end of my experience I almost felt like we were family! Additionally, several other employees chatted with me and everyone was so kind and friendly. I dont often expect good customer service - especially from a large corporation - but Darla and her team far exceeded my expectations. Thanks!

We had talked to Ty, one of the salesmen at Verizon before and had bought a phone from him before. After my phone broke this past time, we called to ask what location he was at and we were told he was in a store an hour away. We drove to the store and waited to talk to Ty because we had such a great experience before. Ty walked me through all of the options and I ended up getting a phone that better suited me than the one that I had walked in wanting. He also worked with us to restructure our plan and ended up saving us money with a plan that worked better for us. I would gladly drive an hour to see Ty again.

I stopped in today after getting the runaround with Verizon over the phone & online regarding an upgrade. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and approached by one of the staff who was leaving for the evening,but made sure I was taken care of next. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ty who was awesome in every way possible! He was super knowlegable, straightened out my issue (better than expected)and patiently helped me switch over everything,find an awesome case and screen protector which he put on! He packaged up my old phone and even put on the return label for me! Talk about service!

I came into the store because I was having system issues with my phone. I was not due for an upgrade and Deborah really couldnt do much in the way of an upgrade but she still went out of her way to assist me. She got tech support on the phone, talked to them first and explained what we did to trouble shot. Even though my experience was not great with tech support, Deborah helped me through the whole thing. She was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this location when Im ready for my upgrade. She could have sent me home to call tech myself but she didnt.
