I received amazing customer service from Liam, an associate at Russell, but what I was most impressed with was his interaction with another customer. She was very frustrated with her current provider (Sprint). She came at him with a million different questions and he answered them all very professionally, honestly, and truly helped her. He not only helped her figure out her current situation, but he helped her figure out how much she would be saving by switching to Verizon. I was very impressed with his customer service, he is a very valuable employee to this company!!

My experience at this Verizon location was wonderful. The customer service i received from my sales associate Christian was incredible. He was very attentive, respectful and most of all time efficient, which is something of a rarity in this line of business anymore. I will be recommending Verizons services to all of my friends and family, not only Verizon, but the services of this particular Russell Cellular location.

Problems occur, especially with phones. The new personnel at Russell Cellular rectified issues which persisted since upgrading over two month ago. Thanks to Kara and particularly Jeremy for their efforts in making things right. Jeremys resourcefulness, sensitivity to our issue and friendliness was noteworthy. Also, we appreciate his willingness to stay well beyond closing to see the resolution through.
