What did I like about it? Absolutely nothing. I was eligible for two different upgrades went into the store and they wouldnt take my phone because theres a quarter inch crack on the back of my samsung s5. As most of you know this is a phone that the back comes off of you can take out the battery add extra memory so on so forth the back piece cost a total of $4 on Amazon. They didnt have the back at this location at Marley station mall or any other location for that matter. Then sent me to Walmart, Kmart, and Walgreens insuring me that they would have the back piece that I needed and then Id be able to trade in the phone. I wasted my entire Black Friday being run around by horrible customer service and incompetent workers at T Mobile. Instead of giving me a great deal like most companies do , actually all companies do , they proceeded to do nothing for me whatsoever . Now the back doesnt come in until Monday and by that time Black Friday sales will be over so thanks a lot t-mobile . Ive been with tmobile since I was 16 years old Im 28 now so thats 12 years of paying my bill on the day thats two month in and months out never wants being late. I also have full coverage insurance, they told me that there was a $175 deductible for any insurance claims. When I signed up for the insurance never once did they mention any type of deductible whatsoever or I would have never paid for it these scumbags get paid commission and make everything sound so great when in reality were getting screwed every month. $175 for a $4 piece that I just bought on Amazon myself. They did absolutely nothing to help me, didnt offer any incentives to keep customers happy they were rude disrespectful and outright jerks. My back piece comes in on Monday on Amazon, once I going to the store Monday I will write a bad review for each person that attempted to "help me"

Employees outright lie to you at this location. Was told over and over that changing my data plan would not change my bill... 2 weeks later my bill comes and its almost 20$ more. Called the 1-800 number, and they told me I had to cancel through the store.. called the store and they lied again and said they were unable to cancel unless it was same-day. Called customer service back and they confirmed that the store -should- have been the ones to cancel the line, but just didnt. I will go out of my way to use another store even though I live less than 5 minutes from this location.

My most recent visit was due to an update that made my phone go berserk. But, Kim Pinkney(I think that was her last name) really did an excellent job getting my issue resolved and getting a new phone in my hands. She was extremely helpful, and even though the problems with my phone were complex enough that she had to call someone from customer care to get it sorted, she didnt stray away from it. She stayed with me to the very end. I really appreciate that gesture, and not being tossed around between associates. Thank you so much, Kim. Youre really wonderful!
