Ive been on the customer service line 8 times in the month since purchasing an ipad here and changing our lines to T mobile. I have: 1) Had an extra phantom ipad line added, which the original attendant noted, but failed to remove. (extra $20 a month). 2) I asked to be added as an authorized user to my account and had this request confirmed by the "authorized user" 3 different times - that didnt stick. 3) My ipad stopped having fast data, unclear why because we were only using "binge on" service, and minimal internet browsing. We tried to add more data over the phone 3 TIMES, which did not work. THe Fourth time I called it appeared that instead of adding from 2 to 6 gigs that month, they went to 20 GIGs for the next month, which would have charged us $90!!!! AN EXTRA $60. WTF. We never asked for it. 4) Removing the extra fantom ipad line took 2 more calls, just ended this morning. So happy I switched! Greeeeat service Tmobile. Either their online product addition system is totally messed up or the staff are totally incompetent. Either way this has taken up more than enough of my time. BEWARE. IF YOU ASK THEM TO CHANGE ANYTHING ON YOUR ACCOUNT THERE IS A 2% CHANCE IT WILL ACTUALLY HAPPEN.

They lie. I went in to change over from Verizon, and they said it would be take 24 hours to port my number, but that the temporary number they gave me would work, so I signed up. 1.) The temporary number didnt work, and I missed a telephone job interview (for a very nice job!) 2.) They screwed up the port, and now its taking 48 hours to port my number--and theres a chance it will take until Friday. Dads in the hospital. My sister is coming in from Hawaii, but I now have no way to call my family when Im not at home or work. I just paid $299 for a phone I cant use when I need it. Oh, I can play games, sure, but call my Mom when my Dads in the hospital?--nope, cant do that. Can I receive calls from her to get news about my Dad?--nope cant do that. T-Mobile says, "well, its fine, you can text!" Try conveying medical diagnoses and doing a back-and-forth with doctors over text--it doesnt work. I spent one and a half hours buying the phone; now Ive spent an hour, much of it on hold, trying to get this straightened out, but the nice lady speaking poor English in--wherever the heck she is--says it will take another 24 hours to port my phone number. Theyre bastards.
