Attempted to buy a car charger for my phone 2 times... the first time I was given the wrong phone charger... the second time I was given the right phone charger but never given my money from the one i returned( I was told it cost a little more than the other one thats why I owed them money and wasnt getting anything back)... yes, I guess its my fault for leaving and not checking my receipt, but with caring for small children its a little difficult to make sure someone else is doing their job correctly. Now I would be driving a half hour for the third time to get my money back (which Ive probably already spent in gas going to and from this place).... never again will I shop here. I hope you have better luck

Came in for a phone. Sales person up-sold us on a "special deal." After nearly 2 hours, asking all the right questions and clarifying with sales person and manager about adding another line for my father and how the phone will effect our plan, none of what they told us was true. While I do not believe this was an intentional misleading, it does point to gross incompetence and an utter lack of care. Since they are a retailer and not actually Verizon, they are unable to fix any mess that they create. Ultimately, the customer will pay the price. Go to an actual Verizon store. It would be wise to avoid this place for phone purchases and account changes.

I went in to upgrade from an iPhone 5 to iPhone 7. I waited about 15 minutes and then was helped by Jason. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. I also purchased a protective screen cover for my new phone and he offered to put it on for me. The first attempt left a very small bubble and he insisted on trying it again to make it perfect- which worked out for me because Im very OCD about those things. I will definitely go back to see Jason next time I need anything phone/tablet related!!

Would not go here again! Sales staff just tried to push the most high end phone without listening to my feedback. Then talked down to you like you were stupid for not wanting to go with theyre recommendation. Felt like a bad used car lot. Went to verizon at the harbor center and had a great experience with them.
