Simply awesome experience. The guy who helped was super friendly and took the time to really talk to me. When we started talking, instead of going straight to the newest iPhone or galaxy as normally happens when I shop for phones, he took the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns and to go over all the different features I might need before recommending a phone. I ended up getting a phone I had not really considered before because the featured, power and price tag were perfect for me. I even got a case, which I normally dont do because the price on the phone was so good I really couldnt refuse. When it came to the plan he listened to my concerns, never once trying to upsell me. Instead he listened to my concerns and needs and we picked a plan together that was perfect. Seriously, the best experience I have ever had shopping for a phone!

VERY UNHAPPY with this location. I ordered my phone online and needed a customer agreement to receive a rebate and since I work walking distance from this location, decided to go in to get a copy and get my phone activated. The manager, Jay Kim, activates my phone for me, tells me he doesnt have access to the agreement and charges me an activation fee. First of all, I couldve activated my phone online by myself for free. Secondly, when I called Verizon to see where I could get a copy of this agreement, they tell me that the store shouldve been able to print the agreement for me for free...as well as activate my phone for me at no charge. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! Dont trust the people there. They dont want to do their job and just want to take your money for doing nothing.

Best staff I have ever had to deal with at a Verizon store. Please go see my friend Jenn, shes great! I needed a new phone wasnt sure what I wanted she had great knowledge of the different kinds of phones and help me choose one best for me. There was even an issue Verizon made when switching to my new phone and she made sure it was corrected before I left. The location is great and easy to get to dont have to deal with the mall.

Worst experience I have ever had buying a phone. Sales rep was shady and lied throughout the entire process. When I realized it later, the store did nothing to try and rectify the issue. I would not recommend going to this store. So frustrated!! If I end up ever getting my issue resolved I will update this review accordingly.

Manager is an A**. He was not helpful at all! Only wanted to change my plan around so he looks good. Go down the street to the verizon next to the donut shop!!!!!!!! This place is a waste of time. Its like night and day between the two shops.

Worst costumer service ever! The manager pretended to give my wife a deal while he charged her a $40 upgrade fee and $11 insurance without her knowledge. I have been with Verizon for 10 years and this has never happened to me before. Avoid!

my wife and I have been in and out of this location many times trying to decide which phones we wanted, we have never had such patent sales representatives help us. Lynnae gave us the best help we have ever gotten with our phones.
