I am extremely frustrated, been trying to contact Metro PCS on Ritchie Hwy Brooklyn Park location since 10am this morning & have not been able to get anyone to answer my call, keep getting automated voicemail after I allow it to ring more 7 times????? I stopped in location yesterday looking to purchase iPhone 5 but they didnt have any in Stock but was told the shipment was due yesterday sometime so iPhone 5 will would be available today, I left my info & asked if they could contact me as soon as phone was available but I have not heard from anyone, & since I take bus to get where I need to go I am trying to reach store by phone to see if phone is available rather than take bus there to find out phone is still unavailable. Unbelievable how I cannot get a hold of someone, I called store near my house to see if shipment had arrived there & I reached personal after the 3rd ring, but I have called ritchie store over 20x & have not reached anyone, wth????????? I am so irritated & now Im starting to really think twice about going w/ this mobile phone provider now, not yet a metro pcs customer & already having bad experiences, cant reach anyone by phone is unacceptable & its looking like I am going to have to take a bus w/ my 5 yr old daughter in this rainy wet weather to store & praying I get there to find the phone I want is available & I didnt travel by bus for nothing
