We purchased a new phone by telephone with Verizona Wireless on August 22 for same-day delivery at this factory store. When I tried to get it to intialize following the on screen instructions I kept receiving unclear error messages, so I asked one of the salesmen for assistance. The answer was "no"-- he said they are only responsible for delivering the phone (which he had delivered to us in a paper bag), without any effort to show us how to operate it. However, he tried long and hard to sell us a case, additional power supply, a Verizon hot spot and various other accessories. Once we indicated that we didnt want purchase any of them at the time he simply walked away. After a long argument with several other personnel one of them deigned to help us, and managed to get the phone to work with a two minute phone call to Verizon. It has been a long time since I have been in a retail store with such a group of arrogant, unhelpful salespersons. If you are in the Annapolis area and are a Verizona customer--or want to be one--I strongly recomment the authorized Verizon retailer at Hillsmere and Bay Ridge, whose personnel have been very helpful in the past. (I ordered the new phone from Verizon directly and they would only provide same delivery through one of their company stores.) If you like me do not have strong technical skills perhaps you should consider an ATT smartphone instead.

I was in the store today to discuss the sudden increase of my Data usage. I waited for about 10 minutes to be serviced while other agents stood in the back talking. Once an agent called my name, I explained my problem, he looked at my phone and another customer came in that he had serviced before. He then looked on his pad, excused himself, took an item from the customer and went to the back. I waited for about 10 minutes for him to return and while doing so another female agent came up to me to try and get me to switch my home service to Verizon. When the other agent returned he told me that the manager said that I needed to call customer service and have them open a ticket so that they can track how Im using my data. When I called customer service they knew nothing about opening a ticket but they walked me through a procedure directly on my phone. So please explain to me how customer service works at this location. As many people that I have referred to Verizon Im beginning to question whether I did the right thing. Really, you couldnt walk me through the procedure while I was in the store. REALLY?

I had a very good visit here the other day. I called on yesterday to ask if they had the phone I wanted in stock, the lady I talked to, Dominique was VERY NICE on the phone, she gave me her personal number to call her when I was ready to pick up and purchase the phone... So today I went to go get my new phone and I called Dominique who then lead me to have Shea work with me who was also very nice, helpful, quick and amazing!! I only spent about 20-25 minutes here and managed to add a new line to our plan get my new phone and transfer my old number all in that short time!! I do have a Verizon closer to me but his one was only 15 mins away and I will DEFINITLY go back to this one in the future!!

f-ing joke of a store. terrible customer service. brought my phone in for a simple repair. the guy with the ipad(not sure why i didnt get to see tech support or if they even had them there) that my phone couldnt be fixed and that id have to buy a new one. he didnt even mention the insurance that i had paid for. i know my problem could have been fixed. i told him it happened to my wifes phone and she got it fixed. anyways, i left with no help or a solution. ended up getting it fixed at the retailer store in pasadena plaza shopping center. great service btw. my only question now...why could a retailer do what a corporate store couldnt? oh yeah...because they suck at life.

I would give zero stars if I could. They took advantage of an employee of ours by charging her twice as much for an iPhone 6S than if she would have briefly waited (she didnt know, and would have waited if they would have told her). If she had waited, she could have purchased the iPhone7 Plus for only $20 more. Or paid 50% of the price for the 6S. Shame on them! When I called to follow up on this, I asked why they charged her so much, since she obviously didnt know that the iPhone 7 that was coming out so soon, and the rep laughed and said "Thats on her..." Really great customer service - NOT! We will be shopping elsewhere, and I suggest others do the same.

I placed an order for a new Galaxy to pick up in the store so I wouldnt have to deal with the employees. I received the email saying my order was ready for pick up. The employee gave me an attitude because I didnt want to change my data plan. She then took 30 minutes retrieving my phone from the back room. She was quick to tear open the box and rip off the screen protector and almost proceeded to download ALL apps from my Google account not on WiFi. I would have gone way over my data if I didnt stop her. Since then Ive been buying my phones from Amazon and ebay. Recently purchased a refurbished Galaxy S5 for $150 on Amazon.

I called and asked if the store was part of the Star Wars VR cardboard promotion and the sales person on the other line said that they were participating but did not receive any stock. He even informed me on when they receive new shipments and to call again during the afternoon. I received the same friendly courtesy when I called the second time. I have no opinion on the store itself, but the phone customer service is pretty good.

Walked in yesterday needing help in finding an accessory for my phone. As soon as I walked in some Verizon rep with a tablet took down my name....then I hung around sales floor for 30 minutes with no one even attempting to ask if I needed assistance. I think the 2-3 sales people milling about had higher priorites that day, like shooting the bull amongst themselves. Terrible customer service. I wont be returning there.

Theres a guy with a ponytail who works at the front of this store checking people in who is extremely rude. I dont understand why they would put a person with such awful customer service skills as the first person you are in contact with right when you walk into the store. Everyone else was pretty friendly and helpful but ponytail totally ruined the whole experience of this location for me.

Be prepared to spend at least an hour per visit to this store, especially if you need anything tech related. Also, theres a good chance they will try to sell you a phone you dont need or want. I went in needing to replace my LG G3 as I was told to do on the phone, then it turns out they didnt have one in stock, and tried to push another, sub-par phone on me and claim is was better.
