Went to trade in a few games and pick up a pre-ordered game. First off we were not greeted. There were 4 employees behind the counter (1 being a manager) Manager was the only one running a register and as we approched the manager left the reg. one of the employees came from behind the register and the other employee rang him out for a game. Cut right in front of us did not aknowledge us then turned back around and continue talking to the other employee that was behind the counter. The manager comes back to his register and answers the phone. We have been standing there 10 min. now and I am pretty upset. One of the other employees from behind the register comes up to a register and helps the lady behind us!! I was greatly affended, this will be the last time we do any buisness thru Gamestop. Walmart is getting into pre-ordering games and we will start taking our buisness there. I will also be contacting gamestop to let them know they have lost a very good customer, due to rude staff.

Just hope you live close enough and dont mind making the time to go into the store as they seem to be allergic to answering the phone. When you call the listed number on the Game Stop website it just rings for about 5 minutes with no one picking up and eventually just disconnects you. I know their phones work as I have seen them using it on multiple occasions when I went to the location in person.

Been going to this game stop for most of my life and I will never purchase anything from here again I tried to return a used PS4 that would freeze after playing it so I decided to get a new one instead the price for the new PS4 was $250 at the time and I paid $286 for my used destiny one and when I got the new one for $250 they refused to refund me the $36 dollars I have spent on the used one

Called this one multiple times today no answer as if no one is there this is truly sad considering powergamer closed due to glenburnie mall closing and all thats left is GameStop a horrible franchise who I would recommend to no one glenburnie needs a little mom n pop game store to swoop in n take over or I hope to see power gamer open there own little store

Worst gamestop Ive ever been to. Was never greeted or asked if I needed anything during my visit. One employee was too busy to go out for his smoke break while the other talked to a customer in line for over 30 minutes about nothing related to gamestop. Will not return..

Store does not follow pricing on its products. ie. its stickers. instead will only charge what computer tells. The management is no help. Staff takes who ever is in front of them even if a customer is waiting. Management on third visit would not smile or talk.

One of the worst retail stores Ive ever been to. Stood around for 10 minutes trying to get 1 of the 4 people "working" to answer a question. Come here if you enjoy being ignored and treated as of your patronage is an inconvenience
