THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL EVER!!! ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR YEARS NOW!!! The only person in there thats great w/ customer assistance and very nice, was the manger (i think it was a manger) she was dressed pretty & was very professional too. Wish they start hiring more people there that are more competent when it comes to interaction with customers and having a WIDE SPREAD of knowledge whenit comes to gaming. If I were a GS Mngr I wouldnt hire anyone less than 21 yrs old just because the older the gamer the more knowledge they have. I would have one requirement: What is the oldest system you had? If the person says PS2 then they are automatically canned. YOU MUST have played NES, The Original Sega, Atari, Arcade Games to prove your worthy

Tried to trade in both my sisters 3DSs for a Wii U for their birthday and the woman at the place said since the serial code was accidentally scratched off, they couldnt take it. Thats understandable, right? But They told me I should go to another GameStop about 40 minutes away because they take 3DSs without serial codes. So I drive there and guess what happens? They dont take it either and tell me they dont know why I was told that false information. I wasted time and gas for no reason because of this crap. I mean the employees are usually kind but that was a horrible Experience.

I live in Hamilton and have a few options when it comes to Gamestop locations. This is the location I choose every time. The crew has been friendly, helpful, and seem to be far less pushy than other spots. When I tell them I dont need help with anything they leave me alone, and thats really all I want from any retail employee.

Pretty retarded staff. I pre ordered sun and moon and I was never told about the dual pack and so because I was never told about the dual pack I missed 200 free pokeballs. This one blows
