Literally the best Gamestop, let alone game store Ive ever shopped at. From the manager to the team members at this store, they are all incredibly, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Those key traits from this stores team is what makes me want to continue to give them my business over any other store out there. This store should be thee prime example of what the proper level of costumer service should be at all gamestops. Thank you Monticello Gamestop for providing awesome service to the Williamsburg area. You all rock!

Great! Staff is very friendly and professional. The manager who runs the show there has a ton of energy and is always very social at all the mid-night releases Ive been to since Gears of War 3. Im glad gamestop has beefed up their customer service. This Store is the flagship of just that. Im sick of Best Buy and their horrible customer service. Im glad Gamestop is no longer my alternative, but now my primary source for gaming. Keep up the good work.

I pre-ordered a PS4 from this Gamestop for launch day. When I got it home, I got the blue light of death on my console. I contacted Playstation, and they told me it would take 4 weeks to get a new one out to me. I took a chance, and contacted the Monticello Gamestop to see if there was anything they could do. They made some calls, and were able to get a new one to me within 48 hours. Best customer service ever.

Has whatever you want. Even if they dont they will give you a replacement or get it quickly. Staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to really enjoy gaming.
