Nice environment, "Matthew" was very friendly and helped me through a giant trade-in transaction. Only weird rule is one of my trade-in games was still shrink wrapped, brand new, and they couldnt take it. "It has to be opened outside the store, and come back another business day to trade-in. " Weird, but whatevs. Still my go to Game Stop. Whos the associate trying to stick fingers in customers butts?!?! Lol, and they still gave a 2-star rating!

Employee says they dont take Xbox 360 wireless headsets, although the website says different... He also tried saying a disc needed "refurbishing" due to "too many scratches" on the disc. Funny because your other store took it with no questions asked... Horrible customer service from select few employees...

Usually I receive fantastic customer service at GameStop, but this location is very different. There is one employee who is extremely rude and confrontational. I give GameStop a lot of money multiple times a month. Im severely disappointed by my latest experience.

The staff here was amazing! They were well informed and knowledgeable about what they were selling. They were also very friendly to the point where I was able to strike up a pretty good discussion. It was a pleasant environment!

So when I went to buy a Xbox card I used in store credit when I was done with the purchase I asked the man how much I had left he said "One dollar and 2" I swear I had at least $18.05 left in my store credit

The manager "Will" is in my opinion a white supremacist. His use of what i think to be a anti-Semitic slur, was in my opinion, sick. i will never shop at this place again as long as i live!

They have good deals on used games. A lot of their retail space is wasted on toys. The big clerk has no customer service skills, so ask the thin guy...Hes knowledgeable and helpful.

Nothing wrong with this particular location, but GameStop is a horrible company with terrible business practices. Do not support them, buy your games anywhere else, if possible.
