Some Auto Zones stand out due to their incredible customer service. Some stand out due to their terrible customer service. This Auto Zone falls into the latter category. During most of my visits to this store, there are on average 3-5 employees in the store. Maybe one of them will actually greet you or ask if you need assistance. The rest are inattentive and unconcerned. If you plan to frequent this store, plan to have some patience.

Ive only been to this location once. But, the customer service I received was exceptional. There is one employee, who really deserves a shout out, for his awesome customer service! Any time you go into this place, ask for Joseph B. to help you. Hes a great young man, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks for your help, Joseph!

The manager of this store named Clinton has horrible customer service. If I could rate by employee he would be fired. An employee Maria went out of her way to help me. She actually helped me jump start my car and did not leave until my car started. In my opinion she should be the store manager. I give her 5 stars for customer service.

My visits have averaged a few each year and each time an emergency, and every time it was the store in Fort Washingon, MD. Exceptional customer service. Vast knowledge. Willingness to do what I couldnt for my urgent need. I dont know what Im looking at under the hood - but the men DO. Five Stars fot THIS AutoZone store! Dianne

Staff at the Fort Washington Autozone will not honor warranties on their own products. Duralast Gold Battery, 5 year warranty expires in December 2017 and I was asked if I had the physical receipt. Sticker on the battery said 12/12 . Thank goodness Advance auto parts opened a new location right down the street.

This auto zone seemed to have more options than many other ones. The staff members greeted me when I walked in and asked immediately if I needed help finding anything. Thats great customer service.
