THE WORSE !! WHO WORKS IN THIS PLACE !!!! I called for 2 days and was kept on hold for more than 5 minutes or more for what ? only for me to call back and be placed on hold. They answer the phones sounding dry as hell like they just woke up, the store is always nasty just like the their customer service I will go to Laplata or Brandywine where they answer their phones sounding happy and cheerful and ready to work ! Advance Auto in Laplata has great customer service ! I really want to give no stars however thats not an option just like getting help is not a option at the Adance Auto on Crain Hgwy in Waldor MD

I came by to ask for help to test my battery for my car but the person who works thier is not very helpful. He told me to wait to his co worker who are always LATE! Ive waited 45 mins and i ask myself why he cant even help me and besides its very slow and im the only customer... I ask for help to jump my battery but hes portable jumper is dead no body charges that thing overnight and he left me hanging out side the parking lot and he went back inside with out telling me.. He never told me if hes coming back to help me! The worst! Customer service..

Worst Advance Auto Parts ever!!!! Im from Roanoke, VA so I know how it should be ran. I needed a diagnostic test to figure out which of the two cats I needed. First of all they told me to pull around back which was retarded. Then they forgot about me back there. Just because make money off of a test doesnt mean it wont lead to it. You just lost my business.

It used to be my go-to place for my car, but they no longer do battery testing (or only at weird times) and they told me five mins ago they dont test check engine codes anymore. Thats fine since that just means Ill go somewhere else for my business to get my codes checked and buy parts from there.

Apparently this place hasnt changed since the last review two years ago. Their customer service isnt up to par. Id expect better from this area. Even though they have my part in stock, Ill just go to the auto zone off Livingston when Im headed into work to get what I need. Date: Nov 15, 2014.

Prices seem to be better than other shops. Most of the advisors are quite knowledgable. The thing I love about Advance is that they go the extra mile to make you feel like a valued customer.
