My water pump died while towing a new camper. Stranded roadside 4 hours from home. They ran to their warehouse for pump, picked me up and brought me back. They even made sure i took advantage of their "buy a bucket discount". Luckily I had tools and it was reasonably easy. Back on the road in 2.5 hours. Their delivery guy refused tip/cash. Love those guys. Whish they were local for me. Napa for life.
