The customer service was top notch, they were polite and made the whole process quick and painless. Even though I had never made a purchase there before, they gave me the option to pay at the time of ordering or picking up. And I should mention that what I ordered was an arrangement of a dozen red roses for my girlfriend on Valentines day so needless to say, this was very important. I am certainly not an expert but I have purchased roses and other flowers many times from many different florists in my life and I have to say Essex Florist & Greenhouses does it right. They nailed it. The arrangement was simple, classy, and beautiful. The flowers were in perfect shape and looked magnificent. The girlfriend loved them. She was absolutely thrilled. AND the price was very reasonable. In fact, I found their prices to be less than what I expected (how often does that happen today?). I would recommend Essex Florist & Greenhouses to anyone and I will certainly go back to them.
