Im extremely dissapointed with Academy flowers service as i informed them when to be delivered. Now because they were 3 hours later than planned tbey will st on a desk until monday , and were not even close to what i thought i ordered ...you will not get what you are told you are going to get with this company wether it be service or product ...

Some of the flowers on the funeral spray we had delivered were wilted and looked horrible. The "Mom" sash that ordered and paid for to go across the spray was not on the spray. I contacted the florist and the sash was dropped off at the funeral home. However, the young lady that I spoke with on the phone about it was FAR from pleasant.

I have been a downtown resident for many years and am really disappointed with how rude they are to their neighbors. They are new to downtown and dont seem to care about how they treat the locals. I agree Sandi was much nicer and a much better neighbor.

This is a wonderful historic flower shop. I had a unique flower requirement & showed the owner my sketches. She was able to make my design a reality at a good price. Also she told me about adding the silly goose to my sketch.
